    This. Man, a couple weeks ago, the drumbeat on TSW was "Pay Fitz... or this franchise is bush league." Now that there is news they might pay him, people are already climbing up on their ladders ready to defecate all over the contract. Some people are never happy....

    There are so many things wrong with the post, I will only mention one: The 1984 Cowboys game is the ONLY Youtube video of the Bills with Bell. Or, rather, it was, before all of BillCody1960s videos were taken down. So, if you think that "every" video shows him being great, you have watched one. Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.

    Man, they were down by a TD and gave up an INT. Pulled together enough D to force a long figgie, which they blocked, then the team marched to a tying TD on a drive that included a 4th down conversion. How is that not at least a bit gutsy?

    Quite so, though he also scored a TD in the playoff game in Cleveland, and generally provided the stability on the opposite side of Reed that Burkett and others failed to provide.

    I don't know how to feel about this game.... On the road, non-conference, it would be a relatively painless (and in some ways, unsurprising) loss. But the way this team has played so far, they look like they could win any game. So, I will stick to the basics: hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.

    I wonder how much the Bills lack of long passes against the Iggles had to do with the presence of a couple of excellent cover corners. The Giants do not have the same caliber of corners, which should open up the passing game, to make them pay for stacking the box. We shall see.

    Amen. I have to say it is amazing how Luck Derangement Syndrome is the new disease in the message board world. Lose a game, then might as well lose them all to get Andrew Luck! Please note that the 1968 Pittsburgh Steelers won one too many games to get OJ Simpson. They drafted some guy named Greene instead, and turned out OK.

    This is his moment. He did reasonably well last year, but this time he has a chance to make a real difference for a team that will be playing meaningful games... I will say something that I never say about football players from SJCI.. I hope he lights it up!

    Ain't it the truth. I made sure to listen to WIP on my drive to and from work today, just to hear the moaning... they were standing ankle deep in wooder from all those tears.
