You do understand the complete ramifications (for the negative) of changing coaching staff mid way thru Allen's career? I'd think he gets his choice of assistants. Which means new schemes, etc. Which then means new personnel needs to be drafted or traded for. All of this means TIME. Our personnel currently fits the schemes we are playing, in all three phases. This isn't the best idea given Allens limited career lifespan. It's just not as simple as "lets fire the coach!" McD is a very good coach. I'm sorry he isn't 17-0 each year, but changing out would be a total and complete waste of Allen imo.

Who do you want them to bring in? Amazing head coaches just aren't sitting around waiting for a call. Perhaps Ron Rivera isn't busy?

This board is always so damn suicidal post loss. We got beat by a very good team. We played poorly. It's not a perfect sport. The fan base is insane at times. Fire coaches. Draft pics were horrible. Get a new GM. Trades were busts. It's hard to stomach the insanity of reading this stuff over after a loss. Bring on Texans I say. Use this as motivation.

I was pumped with the Samuel signing. But man, he's not being used. I always saw him as a McCaffrey light. Shame hes barely being used.
