Trading a 1st for a cornerback is essentially committing organizational suicide. its not a 7 on 7 league. The game is won and lost in the trenches. First round picks come with 5 year contracts and usually are among the best players on your team or will be going forward. trading anything higher than a 3 for a corner is pure craziness and if it is a third they had better be a great corner.

I have to say looking at these current games being played and the rest of the day, having buffalo play jax at 9:30 in the morning with the horrible NFL Network broadcast was a major miss That game should have been played in Buffalo at 4:25 with the potential for best game of the week. What a bunch of nonsense the london games are.

Who cares. QB rankings are a pointless exercise to make content to fill all the air time the NFL puts out. Means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Teams win championships. Nobody could win with their offensive line. Its been all time bad. When healthy I imagine the giants will be scrappy in the second half of the season but with these injuries they are just awful

I have a different opinion. That is a good Jacksonville team that was healthy and and is well coached. There is no shame in losing to a good team in Jacksonville. They played really well on defense. The issue is the injuries going forward.

Envy? What are you talking about? They have had a slow start and I am betting they will rebound and play well as the season goes on. What I have noticed since coming to this site is the week to week ness if you will in the reactions of people who seemingly have short memories and do not see the big picture. and again ENVY? that aint me, I do not envy anything about Cincy.

They will get better as the season goes on and Burrow gets healthier. I imagine they will be right in the thick of their division and the AFC when we get close to xmas. That offense attacking a bills defense without white, milano and jones will be a big problem. I hope they do collapse but I just don't see it.

To me the difference is how teams are going to prepare and attack the defense going forward without White, Milano and Jones. Sure feels like everything has changed and the bills are going to have to score 30 + every week to win or they will have to play like today where they limit big plays but get bled to death and lose multiple possessions per game. Its going to be really frustrating and the better teams on offense, Miami, KC, Cincy etc. are going to exploit this. I am really worried about the run defense going forward also when we play the physical running teams, Philly, Dallas, new england. The schedule had a look coming up where ibuffalo could stack some wins and get ready for that Cin, KC, Philly, Dallas run. Now I feel like every game is going to be a tightly played difficult matchup.

This is what i thought. Guys do not get pec injuries unless it is torn. The teams 3 best defensive players are now going to be out for the year. the team is going to have to find help at the trade deadline. This sucks.

I don't have it in me to listen to the post game... has there been an update on Daquan Jones injury? I saw pec earlier and that is not good. they usually only list that as an injury if it later ends up being torn. What was von millers injury? Rich Eisen was to busy trying to be pat summerall to give actual information. the Dolphins just basically won their game, they only need about 13 points and they will probably score 40 + today. the worst part about today is I dont see how they beat KC, Baltimore, Miami, Cincy etc.. without milano. I don't want to hear about London ever again at this point.

He got rolled up on during a r0utine running play and seemingly broke his ankle.

This sucks. I cant believe White gets hurt with a 20 point lead and now milano is gone for the year right at the start of the game. All the energy has drained from the game and you can see it. They need a pick six, strip sack fumble return or punt return to get things going. also Eisen and Warner are just awful calling the game.

Bummer. Jax is going to want to slow this game down and dirty it up in the running game I imagine so losing a guy on that rotation on the d line stinks. Hopefully the offense will put on a show this week again and get them a big lead minimizing some of these injuries.

These southern kids who play high school football and college football in the south are worshiped liked hero's. New York is uh... a little different. Football is the number 2 sport and the giants are one of the most successful franchises in the league. They have won 4 superbowls since 1986. Going after working class people in NY is such a brain dead move, that crap works where he is from because of the mentality of places like florida, alabama, Texas Georgia etc... Calling fans fair weather and telling them you are better than they are is amazingly stupid. You would think the franchises in the northeast would explain this kind of thing to them. This kid is destined to get released and after he does he will end up on some other team where he will blast the ny fans again and the coaches.

He burned his bridge on the way out of Dallas with his mouth. I hate to say it but he is kind of a perfect fit for KC. He is a tweener but he is strong, he has some off the field issues in the past, he looks disinterested at times and needs motivation and he has a lot of talent. Other teams whose coaches he has played under include Chicago, Tampa Bay, New Orleans

The patriots are going to be in the mix for a top 5 pick at this rate. The giants patriots game on november 26th could be a big game in determining who gets closer to the number 1 pick for Williams.
