if the texans found their way to buffalo the press conferences would be fun next week. Ryan went out of his way to say they had to get ready to play the best qb they will have seen this week after playing buffalo and getting ready for love. Then he made a point to say Jackson was the MVP.

Do you guys remember the Texans play by play guy who took a shot at allen when stroud threw a 5 yard slant to Diggs in game 1 of the preseason? If I remember correctly he said I don't know if Allen can make that throw but we know stroud can. I wonder what he is doing today?

This is a sad state of affairs. I remember the comeback and the non sell out I guess but to not sell out this game after an incredible underdog season with the leagues maybe best player is pretty crappy. Building a billion dollar + stadium for a fanbase which finds wild card games not much of an attraction seems like something we would talk about happening in Los Angeles or miami.

I put on the nfl network pregame for a minute. Steve Smith with that cocky arrogant attitude he always has had said Lamar Jackson is the standard not just the mvp but the standard. I turned off nfl network because it seems all they can find to talk about is this mvp debate. Its pretty wild how much former players dislike and discredit Allen. I really hope this is the year.

I feel like its going to be similar to the cardinals game week 1 or the dolphins game. I have convinced myself Payton is going to come out and play big and pound the ball. All this talk all week that they can not run the ball is a misnomer. Payton is going to find out quickly if the Bills can match the physicality that the broncos plan to play with. If they hold up and the bills smother the run game I think he will abandon it pretty quickly and substitute the short passing game to the backs in its place. My strongest opinion on this game is that the most important element is going to be Field Position. If Nix is starting drives inside his 20 or 25 regularly I think the Bills are going to be really really aggressive and come after him. If they have great starting field position, say 40 ish regularly the bills will be careful and the broncos will run and play patient. Field Position and the environment being great could really hamper The broncos abilities on offense. I am hoping the bills come out on defense and just stuff the run and get 2nd team Josh the ball at like the 38 ish they play downhill right away. GD I am nervous.
