High completion percentage, do not give the ball away, do not get sacked and get the ball out quick to create yac for the various backs/receivers and tight ends. s Most importantly run the ball effectively. that is basically the key element of all the successful offenses in this era. Joe Brady has created an offensive structure that has made Allen one of the most efficient guys in the league hence the fantastic offense since Dorsey was fired.

I want them to to be extra deep in the secondary because of the injuries they always get late. I am robbing Peter to pay Paul here and going heavy in the secondary. Franklin, codrington and Gilliam would be the first guys moved to make room. having said all this I know Gilliam is going nowhere and the two most likely guys getting cut are Ingram and AJ. I just would not be in favor of cutting guys I know can play in the league and in the scheme. I am not going out of my way to make any space for Ogunjobi. If they think he is better than logue and you can put logue back on the ps then fine but he is not good enough to disrupt things.
