floyd looked good on the stunt they ran with him on the 3rd down. he was able to track fields all the way across the field. Floyd should be a good player here this year. -

Nice. Physical football! Huge difference playing against a 4-3 front that rushes straight ahead vs Pittsburghs aggresive 3-4. The line looked pretty damn good head to head on the line there. -
His salary cap number guarantees he will be on the team next year and he has a no trade clause. he is set to count 59 million against the cap next year so he will end up getting an extension to lower that number which means they are tied to him for at least the next 3 to 4 years. the flip side of that is that Dak running the offense got shut down two years in a row and looked horrible last year in the loss to the niners and mccarthy cleared everyone out. he fired his own hirings like philbin who coached the line and Jerrys pet project Kellen Moore who was calling plays. Mike now is in charge of the offense with Schottenheimer. So if it goes south again for Dak and the offense costs them another playoff game they are probably going to have that discussion about what do we do here. in the end The Jones Family just wants to be relevant and in the media 24/7 so that is all this is and Dak will be there a long time and Lance will get turned into a celebrity in Dallas while standing on the sideline which is great for jerry and exactly how he operates.

just hoping for no injuries. I hope they can run the ball better today and be a little more physical up front on both sides. -
sounds like they were smart about it. I imagine a 6 or a 7. Dallas is all in this year, they have traded both of their fifths next year for brandin cooks, stephon gilmore and now their 4th for lance.
-
that will never happen, if he played to the level of a first round pick in a trade they will keep him. Dak needs another contract in a year.
-
and he is going to take a spot on the 53 man roster also.
-
He is a third string developmental qb. He has zero chance of ever playing if Dak is healthy. Cooper rush won 4 games as a backup last year. Lance will run the scout team and help them prepare for other teams with running qb's all year. his only chance of playing is if they make a package for him like Miami did in 08.
-
This is their M.O. they traded a third for drew henson years ago and he was equally as awful as lance, he was actually better. I remember parcells was pissed and said the guy couldn't play from day one. Somehow Jerry is convinced this guy is a star and he is a mini nfl celebrity. Everything jerry loves.

Conor Orr (from Si.com) and his prediction: Bills at 9-8 🤔
MikePJ76 replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Going to be a tough challenging schedule. I really hope they can win 4 games in the division and win the division and set themselves up for a playoff run. -

4-6 weeks (if true) is a real bummer. He won't be right all year now. saying there is no dropoff from him to bates is a real head scratcher? They literally used free agency and a 2nd round pick to improve at guard. I mean it was for a reason. -
Josh Allen and starters will play against the Bears

Really hate this Mcgovern injury. If it is minor why do they not say it is minor? The jets are going to prepare the same way anyway and they have plenty of tape on him from his time in Dallas and the preseason here. So being secretive seems pointless. This team is going to go with the lines and this is not a good start. -
TRADE: Arizona ships Simmons to Giants for a 7th
MikePJ76 replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great Move for the Giants. They get a talented player for cheap to pair with an excellent defensive coach and he is at the point in his career where it is time to play your best to guarantee a big future contract or just a contract in general. Should be a highly motivated player in a really good spot. I love everything the giants have done since Schoen and Daboll took over. They had a great interview with Schoen and brandon brown talking about how the numbers favor picking up defensive players at the cut deadline. It was something like 53% defensive signings workout and the offensive players do not. -
Not a fan of seeing reports of Mcgovern going down and not going back to practice.
