Yes. All the new stadiums have PSL's. In order to pay these fees and for their tickets most ticket holders sell the popular games at a huge profit. also, in a number of cases a majority of seats are owned by scalpers who are only in it to sell the tickets for profit. In Dallas its something like 30% or more who the psl's are from out of state. The owners knew exactly what they were doing when PSL's were inserted in between fans and the team. They know they have the safety of always having sell outs and they also knew a ton of people would own these just to make money. They dont care, they also did extensive studies on the secondary markets and that is a big reason for the huge price increases...they wanted a part of that and they got it.

The nfl in a few weeks could have an interesting situation where some of its core markets have horrible teams. New York, Pittsburgh, Denver, Minnesota, Chicago. they all could be completely out of any shot at the playoffs long before halloween.

it is a struggle on offense for pittsburgh. its shocking how bad they look. i am sure mike tomlin will just give them a stare and fix it though at some point

sure seems like there are a lot of bad teams. the level of play seems pretty low too. the nfl looks like ncaa football from ike ten years ago at times.

buffalos speed on defense has coompletely overwhelmed them today.

after watching the washington denver game from last week I kind of think Denver is going to steal the game in miami and Josh Allen is going throw the ball all over the building if the weather allows tomorrow.

I will never understand how an organization like the giants could have an absolutely terrible interior offensive line for this long. How can you let the position of guard sabotage your entire franchise year after year. Its amazing and I don't understand it. You would think before you paid a penny to a wr or rb you would spend big on the line. With a good line you can win with average weapons, with a great line you can win with almost anyone at running back if the quarterback is good. I am in the camp Daniel Jones is a good quarterback. He is in a horrible situation with that interior. The rookie center looks good but the guards and right tackle are so bad its ridiculous. the kicker is when they are picking in the top 10 again next year they will spend 6 months about how you cant take guards high in the draft then next year they will be scratching their heads again when guys are running right past their guards. also Darren waller appears to be a complete dud for them so far. I can't remember if barkley has a no trade clause or not but they should trade him when he is healthy. anyway I am always shocked when guys making millions of dollars to make decisions keep making the wrong ones.

This is true but also with a subtle change in the offense there has to be time for him and the offense to adjust. now should he make risky throws no but I imagine it is going to take half the season or so for him and the offense to get used to playing this way. In the long run it will pay off. The jets have a defense perfectly built to stop buffalo, the bills do not like to run and the jets can get a pass rush with 4 guys and drop 6 or 7 and stay in two deep. They just have Buffalo's number. This happens to teams/players all the time. Peyton Manning would make the same constant mistakes vs new england for years in the post season so did brett favre with Dallas in the playoffs. anyway, The bills lining up in 12 personnel, putting josh under center and handing off to the two bigger backs was great yesterday and I hope they continue it. over the long haul of the season Payton will get them playing better and I imagine they will be a good team in the second half of the season.
