All the big picture talk is way to soon. The injuries are the biggest issue. The loss is going to hurt the team as we get later in the season if they are chasing miami in the division and a wild card spot. IMO The afc is very good. Its going to be a jumbled mess in december as teams are in the mix for the wild cards. My interest at the moment is going to be how opposing teams attack the bills defense going forward. They just lost their top corner, top linebacker and an excellent DT. Teams are going to change the way they attack the defense. We don't know how that will be yet be we are going to find out fast with a guy bringing his team in here who knows the bills organization inside out. Its about talent and the Bills should beat NY by a td or more but Daboll could put something on film that other teams exploit in the bills defense down the road. Buffalo has to get healthy, sans White, Milano and Jones obviously and regroup and win five of the next six. If not all six. Losing to the Bengals would be awful and losing again to the jets could cost them the division. anyway, in the short term these next two weeks they need to see how differently offenses attack them and respond. Hopefully the Defense continues to play well and the offense scores 30+. If the bills score a lot opponents will present lots of opportunities for what looks to be a very good pass rush. long term they have to go on a run here before that kc, philly dallas stretch.

on paper Dallas -Line smokes SF's line. but within the system the niners line is better. they have some just regular good players next to williams and they play as a unit with a master calling the plays. I wish we had this running game. everyone seems interchangeable. Jon feliciano just came it at left guard for sf and it makes no difference.

The NFL PA is extremely soft and have no spine. They could easily break the owners but they are afraid to stand up to them for various reasons. It's only going to get worse going forward. We are probably a few years away from watching a St. Patrick's Day Super Bowl in Dublin or something after a season with 40 teams plays every day of the week.

Trading a 1st for a cornerback is essentially committing organizational suicide. its not a 7 on 7 league. The game is won and lost in the trenches. First round picks come with 5 year contracts and usually are among the best players on your team or will be going forward. trading anything higher than a 3 for a corner is pure craziness and if it is a third they had better be a great corner.

I have to say looking at these current games being played and the rest of the day, having buffalo play jax at 9:30 in the morning with the horrible NFL Network broadcast was a major miss That game should have been played in Buffalo at 4:25 with the potential for best game of the week. What a bunch of nonsense the london games are.

I have a different opinion. That is a good Jacksonville team that was healthy and and is well coached. There is no shame in losing to a good team in Jacksonville. They played really well on defense. The issue is the injuries going forward.

Envy? What are you talking about? They have had a slow start and I am betting they will rebound and play well as the season goes on. What I have noticed since coming to this site is the week to week ness if you will in the reactions of people who seemingly have short memories and do not see the big picture. and again ENVY? that aint me, I do not envy anything about Cincy.

They will get better as the season goes on and Burrow gets healthier. I imagine they will be right in the thick of their division and the AFC when we get close to xmas. That offense attacking a bills defense without white, milano and jones will be a big problem. I hope they do collapse but I just don't see it.

To me the difference is how teams are going to prepare and attack the defense going forward without White, Milano and Jones. Sure feels like everything has changed and the bills are going to have to score 30 + every week to win or they will have to play like today where they limit big plays but get bled to death and lose multiple possessions per game. Its going to be really frustrating and the better teams on offense, Miami, KC, Cincy etc. are going to exploit this. I am really worried about the run defense going forward also when we play the physical running teams, Philly, Dallas, new england. The schedule had a look coming up where ibuffalo could stack some wins and get ready for that Cin, KC, Philly, Dallas run. Now I feel like every game is going to be a tightly played difficult matchup.

This is what i thought. Guys do not get pec injuries unless it is torn. The teams 3 best defensive players are now going to be out for the year. the team is going to have to find help at the trade deadline. This sucks.
