everything feels so tense, like this is a playoff game or something. I imagine the team feels it too. Spread em out and let allen run it in behind torrence.

Stole andy reid's eagles tight end shovel

MIstake their from tampa. They should have gone for it. Buffalo has to go down and score and make them pay for it.
-
scan it for what...it was clear it was designed to be thrown immediately on josh's 3rd step. Everyone ran short routes. The play had to be made after the catch. Credit tampa.

Going to need a couple takeaways tonight. Would be nice to see a strip sack or forced fumble before tampa realizes they can just go big and run the ball 2 out of every 3 plays.

I just saw some guy on twitter with a bunch of followers with a proposed trade of Latavious Murray, the Bills 2nd and 4th for Henry. Just amazing stuff. before kickoff a twitter insider will have Buffalo trading Josh Allen for Derrick Henry at this point -

If they do that then after the coaches are fired this offseason the whole front office should be too. -
Mike Fisher is super unreliable and kind of a rick with a p. adam thielen would be a big help though.

that is definitely true. New Faces for sure. its insane to me that josh nroman will have uniform for this team tonight given the talent here and what is expected of this franchise.
-
definitely possible. Elam played for Todd Grantham at Florida. He is now on the saints staff as the DL Coach. That is a pretty good defense with an excellent set of corners. I imagine he holds elam in high regards since he was a good college player. Maybe they work something out with new orleans. Who knows. The constant need for attention drives me crazy. again. A few people being told about two players being made active is not a big deal. Organization's put info out there all the time that they want out.
-
Nothing happens. If the bills told a few reporters/twitter people that elam will be inactive tonight that is not a big deal. It simply is not. if the bills were telling reporters/twitter people.....hey we are sitting these guys because we have multiple trade conversations going on and are looking to improve the roster and do not want these guys getting injured tonight......That would be a big deal. I have a friend who works for an nfl team and because of his job he hears stuff everyday. He showed me years ago how teams will let out what they want out even if they do not admit it. For this particular team he even told me the person who gave out the info after meetings! Every team misses on corners and safeties. It happens every year

yeah it could for elam. He has no trade value though so he will either be a throw in, a dump for a late round pick or conditional pick or straight up swap for another underperforming similar player.
-
I highly doubt it. Nobody outside the organizations staff knows the inactives for tonight. All these people on twitter whose identities depend on people thinking they know more than they do drive me crazy. this whole idea that isabella and norman being active is A. a good thing is odd B. They probably wont get many snaps if they are. It is nuts that we might seem josh norman playing tonight in an nfl game. I really hope it doesn't happen.

They should do anything and everything they can tonight to win this game. IMO this is a must win. They have to get this win and then regroup. The players need this weekend off to clear their heads and the front office needs to go get them help....hopefully in the middle of the defense. I am really nervous about this game tonight.

Here's what The Athletic thinks the Bills should do at deadline

Jewell does not do anything really more than average. He is not big, he is not really fast and he doesn't really make any big plays or difference making plays. He has always seemed kind of like a ham and egger. I just am not sure what he would do here being plugged into this defense in the middle of the season. -
NFL Trade Deadline Oct 31 - Rumored List of Players Available
MikePJ76 replied to ngbills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yea, it sucks they have to play on thursday but at the same time given the situation this year it is perfect. They get a few extra days to evaluate things and extra time to get a player into the facility, settled in the city and work him into practice. Honestly a defensive tackle and/or a running back should be plug and play essentially but the other positions take time so at least getting a few extra days is a big help here. having said that I expect them to do nothing. -
Falcons cut Eli Ankou: OFFICIAL Signed to Bills PS
MikePJ76 replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
That is not a theory. That is a fact and we have seen it two weeks in a row against two of the worst offenses in the league. The better teams are coming up and they are going to have their way with this defense as it stands today. Its not a great thing when teams have to stand there and watch their team get manhandled at the line of scrimmage. We saw it last year late in the season especially the bengals playoff game. They kind of looked worse last week than the bengals game. The front office has to do something. If they don't then everything has to be examined in the offseason. -

I would be interested in Geoff Swaim if he could be had for a conditional 6th pick or something. One of those swaim and a 7 for buffalos 6. He has a lot of experience and can hold up on the line of scrimmage. after that it just feels like they have to go get something for the middle of the defense. Whether it is a linebacker or a tackle. They can not continue like the last two weeks or they are going to struggle to be a .500 team.
