  1. Payton has turned into A full fledged Parcells cover band.
  2. Pretty sure Saleh was talking about Allen when he said " you have to play this quarterback and this division etc..."
  3. i hope the jets guarantee a victory or something stupid tonight. would be nice
  4. I really hope the lions can steal this game and really beat them up physically.
  5. Today they were comparing themselves to the 85 bears. They are so close to that eagles team that called themselves the dream team after signing a cb who really wanted to retire and become an actor in 2011. there are 7 days until the game so I am sure they are going to have a lot to say this week.
  6. It means nothing but just to add... Aaron Rodgers has never lost a home opener Aaron Rodgers lost the last two openers in 22 and 21 Aaron Rodgers is 4-1 all time at Met Life Stadium. His only loss was to the Giants in 2012. Aaron Rodgers is 2-2 All Time vs Buffalo Yes It all means nothing
  7. ok 11 personnel in the shotgun. First play is a quick pass on a curl to Dawson Knox for about 7 yards.
  8. This happens all over. Its not team specific. Generally when defensive coaches get fired or leave....the new guy is always more aggressive and uses more diverse fronts etc... When offensive coaches are fired the new guy is always more multiple and uses space more in his offense and will bring college concepts etc.. its all nonsense. It will always be about the jimmy and joe's more than the X's and the O's. The great coaches keep players/teams focused and interested. They make the game easier for the players and they situationally are excellent play callers/schemers.
  9. The monday night game is also going to be broadcast on ABC...so as long as you have ABC via cable/streaming or an antenna you will be fine to watch the game.
  10. UGGH. Cant he just pick the jets and leave the bills alone
  11. I bet if the bills defense stays healthy they will be more aggressive and attacking situationally in the playoffs. Its hard to do that with the injuries they had the last two years on the defense in the postseason.
  12. That is where frazier came from also. They were all apart of Johnson's defenses in Philly together. Frazier was older and higher on the staff than mcdermott was. Plus frazier played (with ron rivera) on the bears teams in the 80s with Ditka and Ryan. The bottom line is the chef who is stirring the spoon may be different but the ingredients and the recipe is going to be the same because Mcdermott and frazier are all basically using the same recipe that goes back to those jim johnson staffs in philly with Rivera, spagnuolo etc. IMO, it will be different when we see it be different. They may pick their spots to be more aggressive but I do not think there is this big huge change coming.
  13. is this a quote from like 10 years ago? Doesn't seem relevant to me. They didn't really get much better with zimmer's aggressive defense the next season. I have never believed Frazier was not doing in part what McDermott wanted. If you become a head coach based on something you did to get you hired you are not just going to let someone else run that unit without your final say on things. time will tell and hopefully they pick their spots to be more aggressive but I am not anticipating this large change many seem to believe is coming.
  14. Hopefully it is the first flaw of many that finally brings down this organization. That is an entirely different defense without that guy.
  15. He is a good right tackle. when the cap goes up next year this will be an average right tackle salary. They have to do this stuff because they have three contracts coming that are going to make or break the team in Prescott, Lamb and Parsons. I hope they pay them all huge deals and continue to get the same results. the dislike I have for these guys is off the charts. Parsons tweeted the other day I will be a super bowl champion.....who does stuff like that? The guy has been gassed in each of the last two niners playoff losses half the game.
  16. I am not sure but I think whoever wins the east will have to win 11 games overall and go 4-2 in the division. Going to be a fun stressful season.
  17. Years ago when Dallas played Buffalo on monday night football...october 2007, Cowboys radio color commentator Babe Laufenberg remarked in the post game show.... "Philadelphia is a football town that likes to drink, Buffalo is a drinking town that likes football"
  18. I am not sure yet, but wink made a case for pressuring him in that third preseason game. He didn't seem to handle it well. If not for a questionable pass interference they would have punted twice with their starters vs the giants backups because of the pressure wink brought. Aaron Rodgers has never lost a week 1 Home opener...he has however lost five on the road including the last two season openers. If buffalo does not commit PI and makes them drive the ball the length of the field I think they are going to really frustrate rodgers who is going to want to throw it all over the building monday night.
  19. apparently he is not aware of the lack of strip clubs in Buffalo and how lazy Josh Allen is
  20. Yep. The chiefs have coasted on any attention over this. Reid always gets away without all the attention and he has had zero standards for his players through the years and always has coached classless teams.
  21. I have no idea how many games they will win, I just hope they keep the big guy upright for everygame. the athletic did a win total thing and came up with the bills having the third highest wins at 10.7 https://theathletic.com/4816117/2023/08/31/nfl-win-totals-projections-reactions-2/ Buffalo Bills Win total: 10.7 The Bills, who won 13 games last season, have the talent to be a double-digit win team once again. But they face a more difficult schedule this year, including a much-improved AFC East and road games in Kansas City, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and against the Los Angeles Chargers. Regardless of the difficulty, the Bills should have one of the best offenses in the league and enough defensive talent to steal some close games. — Joe Buscaglia
  22. yea it sure is and I think this week coming up starting tuesday its going to be the worst its ever been. ESPN is going to make this the Aaron Rodgers game and the B talking point will be diggs vs allen I dont watch the stuff but for those who do it is going to stink.
  23. Excuse me sir, we are on a 3 game win streak.
  24. Steelers signed another pretty good corner in anthony brown. that defense is going to be tough to deal with and I hope buffalo doesn't have to go there in the playoffs. Although tomlin is 3-7 in the last ten years of the playoffs.
  25. I wonder how camp and the preseason would have went if Ifedi and Kirksey were here the whole time?
