  1. nope. these losers planned on losing all week. all they talked about was getting to the bye at 3-3. They are missing a bunch of guys on defense just like Buffalo but their mindset is completely different. The offense had no excuse today but it doesn't matter when you openly talk about losing is ok all week. speaks volumes about their organization.
  2. Its jerry jones birthday, I hope detroit doesn't let up and they score 61 today.
  3. going into this game he has been the least or 2nd least pressured qb in the league.
  4. TIm Patrick has become a nice number 3 for Detroit. He is better than Hollins and MVS and all you had to do when he was cut was sign him.
  5. whatever you do don't go to a cowboys game at the Death Star, you might get shot in the parking lot or assaulted and end up in the hospital.
  6. for the reason I stated before. This defense is always hurt. No reason to dump elam.
  7. why would u just dump elam? He came into a playoff game last year and basically saved the game with his interception in the endzone. There is absolutely no reason to move elam. Especially with the rate defensive players get hurt on this team.
  8. Hard to believe they would even consider giving up a 2, 5 and MULTIPLE players. Sorry I do not believe that for a second.
  9. For anyone who cares the Yankees gave that asshat Mahomes a nice big L last night. Hopefully Cole finishes the Royals off tonight. Bills fans should all be behind the Yankees tonight to give Kansas City a nice Playoff series loss. New York over Kansas City....maybe it will be an omen for the new york football team.
  10. I would say the Patriots were spoiled, the niners in the 80s were spoiled etc. seems like to be spoiled as a fan base you have to be winning superbowls. Bills fans are not even in the same stratosphere as fans who are spoiled.
  11. They made trades with Green Bay, KC and Houston in the last year.
  12. Joe B on Jakobi Myers. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5825498/2024/10/07/bills-wide-receiver-trade-cases-deadline/ What if I told you the other Raiders receiver has the most compelling case from a Bills perspective? Adams is the flashier name, but Jakobi Meyers might be the best fit for what could benefit the Bills the most in the short term, along with satisfying Beane’s usual lean of deadline deals. Meyers can separate and knows how to find open space against a defense. He has never been a dazzling player, nor is he the first name people would think of for a potential receiver solution. But he’s a good player with the skill set to thrive in an offense with Allen as his quarterback. Meyers, 27, would work most frequently at Z-receiver within the offense, allowing Coleman to play his natural role at X-receiver and keeping Shakir at slot receiver. The financial feasibility of it all takes this fit from good to great. If acquired ahead of the New York Jets game, Meyers would count only $3.4 million on the cap for the rest of 2024 due to proration. The Bills can find the minimal cap space they’d need to bring him on. And what takes the fit from great to excellent is that Meyers has another manageable season ($10.5 million) on his contract that the Bills could hang on to for 2025, which, as we saw with Rasul Douglas last year, Beane prefers in trades. Jakobi Meyers trade cap hits WRPre-Week 6Pre-Week 7Pre-Week 8Pre-Week 9Pre-Week 10In-Season Money OwedProrated Rate Jakobi Meyers $3,709,411.76 $3,400,294.12 $3,091,176.47 $2,782,058.82 $2,472,941.18 $5,255,000 $309,117.65 (Over the Cap) Verdict: If the Raiders are selling, Meyers is one of the best options out there that meets the team’s needs and cap concerns while being more than just a one-year rental.
  13. From Joe B at the athletic https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5825498/2024/10/07/bills-wide-receiver-trade-cases-deadline/ The Carolina Panthers are looking at yet another lost season, and even though they just traded for Diontae Johnson, 28, in the offseason, it might be more worthwhile to move him and collect a young asset in the form of a draft pick. From an on-field perspective, he’s an electric route runner who gains ample separation while slotting in perfectly to meet the current need at Z-receiver. His ability to win underneath is outstanding, and in a two-high-shell-dominated NFL world, Johnson could be a target sponge with an elite quarterback. The biggest thing standing in the Bills’ way is that Johnson is in the final year of his contract. He also has a higher cost because of his relatively young age compared to the other top receivers potentially on the market. There would be no guarantee of anything past 2024 if they did it, and that’s a slight risk for Beane and his roster. However, they could look at it as a “try before you buy” situation to see how Johnson meshes with the room and, more importantly, Allen. Johnson’s cap hit is not prohibitive enough for them to rule it out, either. They can make it work. It all depends on trade cost and their willingness to take a slight risk with Johnson unsigned in 2025. Diontae Johnson trade cap hits WRPre-Week 6Pre-Week 7Pre-Week 8Pre-Week 9Pre-Week 10In-Season Money OwedProrated Rate Diontae Johnson $4,941,176.47 $4,529,411.76 $4,117,647.06 $3,705,882.35 $3,294,117.65 $7,000,000 $411,764.71 (Over the Cap) Verdict: Keep an eye on this one. Johnson has the type of talent to invest in and has several in-prime years remaining. If they’re going for a one-year rental type, it’d be worth seeing how he fits in with the Bills and whether it warrants a contract extension as a pillar player. He could be a star with Allen as his quarterback.
  14. this is beyond obvious. When it happens the raiders will tell everyone that no one else made offers
  15. He's been terrible. I hoped and thought all summer he would be off the team after training camp somehow. It sucks rooting for losers who beat up their wives/girlfriends. Just an absurd thing for teams to accept.
  16. End of game coordinators are called Head Coaches. If your head coach needs another head coach to help him do his job you just need a new head coach.
  17. sure feels like the raiders reporters and national reporters keep saying the bills are still in it because they want the Jets to pay more. Seems pretty straight forward to me, he is going to the Jets and the Raiders want more than they are offering.
  18. lol at Diggs. as they said in Houston “he is one of us” please enjoy him he is a wonderful person.
  19. both of their centers are hurt
  20. yea he makes more plays in the passing game like seymour but wilfork just set the tone, it was going to be 60 minutes of trying to move this guy and no one ever could. It was a running league still in the mid 00's and he was a damn bull.
  21. Its possible. I think the only team that can stand in the trenches and play for 60 minutes with them is Detroit. So if they stay healthy and get better each week they could possibly be this years giants. Goff has always played well against them.
  22. He is the best player on the team its just that he is not as marketable as Mahomes. Most of the country wont care about seeing jones selling insurance, fast food, sneakers or soda but they love it from mahomes. its no different than vince wilfork on those early pats teams. He just dominated the middle of the field and eliminated running games and set the tone every week.
  23. anyone know if there is any validity to this...feels like he will be a chief in a few weeks if so.
  24. Yes they are not at their full potential on offfense. However they have the best defense in the league. Go look at their schedule and tell me which offenses they play against the rest of the way will even threaten their defense. IMO, SF, BUF, Hou and TB are the only ones. I think they are going to kill SF next week. their remaining schedule is Raiders twice, broncos twice, Panthers, Cleveland, Pittsburgh... If Buffalo or houston do not beat them I cant see any of the other offenses playing even remotely good enough to beat them.
  25. They are going to do the niners what they do to everyone. Wear them down at the line of scrimmage, get takeaways and play with the lead. Maybe Denver will be able to hang in there defensively for awhile in both games but probably not for 4 quarters.
