You are required to pay for every seasons tickets if you own a PSL and all the new stadiums have PSL's. Usually you pay in april or may of that seasons year. PSL's are a guarantee that the owners will have sellouts and all tickets paid for.

definitely possible. Elam played for Todd Grantham at Florida. He is now on the saints staff as the DL Coach. That is a pretty good defense with an excellent set of corners.
