Jerry doesn't fire people because he openly talks about refusing to pay people to coach in other places. They setup the season this way. Last year they had 9 all pro's and 12 pro bowlers and lost to the 7 seed at home. So jerry told the staff that was still here to go win with what they have. They are actually having and expecting the season everyone thought Buffalo was supposed to have.
