  1. pretty juvenile. wonder how many Bills fans wish we could have ridden Tom to a few Super Bowls though
  2. NFL blackout policy is a joke. Cap it at either 55,000 or 60,000 seats sold.
  3. it can only happen if they are in the same division. Or at least that what the schedule seems like these days. Bettman.. "hey, lets make every team in the same division play each other twice and instead of spreading the divisional games out, let's make them do it in a span of 4 weeks" freakin ridiculous. We here in Toronto are sick of seeing Ottawa and Boston.
  4. He was just gesturing to his travel agent. "I need two tickets to Tiajuana"
  5. truck in a blizzard. Chargers suck when it's cold and snowy out.
  6. Didn't get to see the game due to the blackout. Must say though I am prepared to eat some crow as I had this one chalked up as a loss. The Bills seem to be develoing some consistency though, and that is a positive sign. Nice to see Losman lead them to another late game win. Keep it up Bills.
  7. was a sloppy game all around. Nice to see the Bears lose though, They are so over-rated. I'd have to say the Ravens are the team I fear the most at this point.
  8. no you can say he was one of the greatest running backs to ever play the game going over 2000 yds in a single season and setting the single season combined yardage (rushing and recieving) record, and leave it at that.
  9. What a player does on the field should be recognized. OJ deserves the honours of the Wall of Fame and the Hall of fame. Off the field he's a total scumbag who should be shot and pissed on (not necessarily in that order). Tie Cobb was a prick, but he should be in the baseball hall of fame, same goes for Pete Rose. These honours are for what they did during their careers on the field. What they do off it should be judged seperately.
  10. somebody call the Chargers, seems as if the Chiefs stole their uniforms.
  11. Miami is playing well lately, the Jets have been pretty tough (much to my surprise), and the Titans have been a bit better lately also. Of those games I would say the Titans would be the best shot for a win. I mean I am happy they beat the Texans, but reality check here. The Texans are not exactly a great team. Now that said. I hope maybe yesterday the Bills turned a bit of a corner offensively. Time will tell.
  12. I don't see another win in any of those games, unless the Ravens are resting by then. hopefully I am wrong though
  13. it could be worse. you could be living in Gary, Ind.
  14. and not a mention of Bill Polian, the architect of the best era in Bills football and where's the Chuck Dickerson chapter? He's a legend........in his own mind.
  15. The Bills current uniforms SUCK-DIDDELY-UCK DIDDELY! bring back the 80's uni's....and make the helmets white again. Joe the throw Ferguson is long gone.
  16. maybe he was in a hurry to go polish his Super Bowl rings whereas Bills coaches can only polish their resumes. I mean really, Who !@#$in Cares? The Pats are winners, the Bills are not. If your season has been reduced to taking pleasure in every Pats loss I feel sorry for you.
  17. posturing. it' a game of brinksmanship now to see who will blink first. 49ers will end up staying in S.F.
  18. doesn't matter, when it gets serious they will choke. the Colts are the Ottawa Senators of the NFL
  19. I hate when musicians sell out to advertising. Bob Seger's "Like a Rock' to sell GM trucks Zeppelin selling Cadillacs Elton John selling Sassoon jeans the Stones shilling for Microsoft. the list goes on and on As Neil Young said "ain't singin for pepsi. ain't singing for coke. don't sing for nobody, makes me look like a joke"
  20. in the long run, calls eventually even out
  21. you must have missed the Broncos/Patriots playoff game last year then. The Pats got hosed big time by the refs.
  22. The guys a pantload heading for a heart attack
  23. I'll take Green Bay and the 3.5 points! If it it's a close game requiring a last minute drive to win, who would you rather have at the helm? Losman or Favre? For that reason alone I give the nod to GB.
  24. sounds like a case of sour grapes to me. The Patriots are one of the best and classiset teams in the NFL. Why can't people get over it and appreciate them.
