Montanna #1 Can't argue with Brady's production but I don't think he is the greatest ever. That title still belongs to Montanna. I put Brady is a class with the likes of Bradshaw, Steve Young, Troy Aiikman, Petyon Manning. (Eli Manning is close also) Montanna #1 Can't argue with Brady's production but I don't think he is the greatest ever. That title still belongs to Montanna. How to rebuild a franchise in less than 3 years?
boltuprite replied to Rayzer32's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The way The Bills have been spinning their wheels these past 10 years, this might be the only way http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disaster_draft#National_Football_League -
For those who defend Ralph Wilson...
boltuprite replied to Toledo Bill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think he's cheap (allthough he does watch the bottom line). It's the way the money is spent that is the real question. Like who makes a decision to pay Lee Evans $9 million a season when you don't have a QB that can deliver the ball to him? Does it may sense to invest all that cash is a deep threat when you don't have a proven QB to throw the ball? -
Patriots Playing Lots of Rookies
boltuprite replied to NaPolian8693's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Main difference is The Patriots have a real qualified three time Super Bowl winning NFL coach to teach their rookies not some recycled NFL hack who has never succeeded at this level......just sayin' -
yes, please, stop going to the games. Maybe the team will move or fold or something. Then maybe up here in Toronto we could get a 'real' game to watch at 1:00 on Sunday and not this crap. Unless you purchase the NFL Sunday ticket we are subjected to the Bills debacles when yesterday I we could have been watching the Ravens vs The Steelers or the Titans vs the Broncos....anything please
-
with Schottenheimer you may get to the playoffs, you just won't win any games once you get there
-
They wouldn't even consider until after the Toronto game. They are having a tough time selling tickets as is and their marketing campaign is "SEE T.O. in TO" Without Owens what are they gonna market.? ----insert sarcasm (a competitive and exciting, fun to watch Bill's squad?)"

If you actually believe in curses....then I'd say the curse started the day Polian was fired

Although I cheer for the Bills I do admire good football talent and classy individuals. For the most part Bills fans are generally a very knowledgable and classy group of fans but one thing I never will understand is ths cheap petty hatred of Tom Brady. Bills fans would be drooling if we had a QB of Brady’s immense talent and abilities playing in our backfield. The only thing I can think of is sheer jealousy. Brady to me has always carried himself with class both on and off the field. Yes he has had ‘relationship’ issues but it’s not like he has abandoned his obligations. Blame the league for it’s bubble wrapping of QB’s not Brady. Yes we see from time to time Brady yapping at the officials to get the penalty calls but every QB does that. I put that down to the competitive nature of the game I’d be happy if Edwards showed the same emotion.

ESPN Poll determines Bills Home Jerseys
boltuprite replied to Peevo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I didn't need a poll to know this. I have absolutely hated the Bills new uni's since they were introduced. The throwbacks are okay (but I hate the helmet logo). Cripes just go back to the 80's ones. they looked great. Personal opinion. Detroit Lions have the best logo in the NFL and I think the Patriots home blue's are really nice looking uni's -
Bills to dump No Huddle Per PFT
boltuprite replied to MartyBall4Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Now the offense will look like Huddle Up #1 "okay guys off-tackle hand-off to Lynch" Huddle Up #2 "Well that only gained us a yard the first time, but they were ready for it. They won't be this time so let's hand off to Lynch again" Huddle Up #3 "Okay we got another 3 yds on Lynch's extra effort, we need 6 yds so receivers run patterns beyond the first down marker" Huddle Up #4 " well none of you guys could get open so I had to check down and dump it off behind the line and we lost 5 yds. So now we punt" and so it will go... Buffalo Bills offense...3 muffed plays and a punt. -
If Rush was buying our Bills instead of the Rams...

If they won, I wouldn't care if Hitler owned them -
I'm actually shocked that nobody mentioned Flutie here. Not that he was the answer but they did win a few games with him. Why??? because he could scramble which covered up a lot of flaws in what has and still is an inadequate O-line. If the Bills want to be successful they either need a QB who can make plays while running for his life or they need to build a rock solid O-line that can protect a pocket passer...especially the ones that take 10-15 seconds to go trhrough their progressions, which is what the Bills always seem to end up with at QB.

yawn.... like they care. They are probably too busy polishing their Super Bowl rings. Anyway, ever noticed how good teams tend to get the breaks and poor teams dont?

I don't care about preseason. It means nothing.
boltuprite replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This team has more talent?????? With the exception of the Owens signing, this is essentually the same roster that sucked the entire 2nd half of last season. Sorry I just can't see much of an improvement in their record over last year. (and they had an easier schedule last year)
