Coaching matters alot. Players matters more. Take a look at Belicheck and Brady. Being in KC isn’t going to suddenly make Allen more driven and work harder at his game. Likewise, being in Buffalo would not turn Mahomes from a driven individual striving to be the best of all time to someone that can’t figure out defenses in his 6th season. Those traits are innate to each individual.

I got a lot of crap for saying this very same thing this offseason. But I still thought he’s #2 behind Mahomes. Now I’m not so sure. He’s not driven to be better. Burrow has established that he’s #2. Allen might be out of the top 3 qb’s conversation by the end of the season if he keeps playing like this.

Sure why not. Don’t care about interceptions as he’s throwing them to the other teams almost on a weekly basis. But it’s no big deal. I’m sure there’s no stats at all that supports losing the turnover battle in a game leads to losing games.

Man the length some fans go to excuse our franchise QB from any accountability. No wonder he feels like not working hard in the offseason to improve. In his mind he probably thinks he’s the greatest because most of the fanbase keep saying it.

So the result is what it is. An inconsistent team led by an inconsistent qb that can’t win a title.

He also has thrown more interceptions than any other quarterbacks on the planet since 2019.

While Mahomes does a helluva a lot more commercials than Allen, he also made time in the offseason to train with his receivers. Some people can engage in fun activities of life while still being committed to their craft. It’s starting to be clear that Allen isn’t that type of personality.

You usually get what you put in with most things in life. So we’re seeing the results of it this season.

Yup all that and he still found time to have a camp for his receivers to attend. See one can have fun in the offseason AND train too!

Disagree with this take. The other two top AFC qb’s that he’s often compared to are highly committed to being the best even in the offseason. Allen’s lack of offseason training is evidence in his play this year. He looks ill prepared and seems to be regressing.

The distance was minimal. Rushing in to kick caused that missed. Payton’s bad time management got bailed out by McD’s bad coaching. Two mediocre teams trying to lose to one another and Bills succeeded.

They tried extra hard to give the game away and it worked.

I took Bills making the playoffs at -130 today. Feels like stealing.

KC has the best chance according to Vegas to represent the AFC in the Superbowl at +235. They also have the best chance to win the Superbowl at +450. These are current odds according to Vegas. I also agree with you that they have the best chance at this time. Things change quickly in the NFL though.

Well…it’s a good thing football is played in the NFL. Otherwise they’d dominate all the 400m races.

Bingo! Texans straight up beat them. I watched the whole game because I wanted to see how good the Bengals really are. If Stroud didn’t throw one of the worse interceptions of the season they would’ve likely won by double digits. All credit to them for beating an opponent that the Bills couldn’t even contend with the week prior.
