  1. He said the same thing after the NE loss and the Den loss. So third time might be a charm. Let’s go! lol
  2. I think McD needs Allen more than vice versa. The Bills will be better served moving on from McD than they would Allen imo. Having watched all of those hof Qbs’ careers from the 80s on I’d say Allen reminds me most of Farve. Plays with a little bit of recklessness and good nature goofiness with his teammates.
  3. I think you’re asking something that’s not in Allen’s nature. The type of obsession and commitment you’re talking about cannot be taught. It has to come from within. Allen seems to look at football as a part of his life not the sole focus of his life. There’s nothing wrong with that. Bills can win a superbowl with that. But it won’t be multiple superbowls sure fire hof career that some think he’d have. That kind of career requires the commitment you’re talking about and Allen hasn’t shown that’s what he’s about.
  4. Of course they will. All the media hate and doubters will fueled them emotionally to perform better than their capabilities all the way to a Lombardi. Just like a Disney movie.
  5. I see. My bad. Even in that Superbowl Mahomes came back strong late in the game. Down 10 with 7 minutes he converted one of the most improbable 3rd and 15 in Superbowl history. The point is great QBs find a way to win even when they’ve played like crap for most of the game. Allen was phenomenal yesterday. Yes he did get baited on that interception that gave Philly momentum to come back. But he had a chance in OT with the ball first. How many times have other teams had that position and finished? In the 13sec game we all thought if Allen had the ball first Bills would’ve won. Well he had a chance yesterday and they weren’t good enough. Those moments define greatness.
  6. Can’t win if there’s time left on the clock and the other team has a shot to win. Like I said it’s a team game. Whoever has it last was going to win. Bills could’ve made sure they had it last with a TD in OT but they weren’t good enough. Story of this season.
  7. Every game is different so can’t really compare performances. When the Eagles played the Chiefs last week they looked like the inferior team for most of the game until the Chiefs’ receivers decided to drop passes. Kelce and Mahomes with uncharacteristic red zone turnovers.
  8. He could but I think the rush was on and he had to get rid of it. I’m critical of Allen but that wasn’t on him. Just my observation watching that play.
  9. Not disagreeing at all about the defense. But it’s a team game. If your defense gives up the lead the offense has to step up. They got the ball first in OT. Go win it. Other teams can do it. This team has a weak mentality from the coaches to players up and down the roster.
  10. Yeah 2nd half performance of 13/14 completions with 2 TDs and a game sealing run on a bum ankle to win the Superbowl. So mediocre. What a loser.
  11. 100% on Davis there. Couldn’t believe he turned out on that route. Allen put it where it should be. Game was lost right there.
  12. Chiefs also scored a TD to end the game in OT when they had the ball first. Bills got the ball first in this game and crap the bed as usual. But yeah clutch generational blah blah.
  13. Scoring a TD when you have the ball first in OT would’ve helped as well. Clutch teams do that to end games. This team can’t.
  14. Or score a TD when you get the ball first in OT. Most teams do that to end games. This team can’t.
  15. For starter don’t turn the ball over late in a game where your team is up by double digits. Stealing a possession is a great way for an opponent to mount a comeback after being down big. And per usual Allen provided that opportunity for the other team. But go ahead and pretend he didn’t bear any responsibility in the loss.
  16. This low really? I don’t give him passes like a lot of fans here but he’s top 3 in my book. Great enough to get the team a superbowl if things fall into place.
  17. There are some fans that think Mahomes is not in Allen’s league. They think Allen’s full potential is held back by coaching, teammates, Buffalo’s weather etc. They theorized that with the right coaching and talent Allen would string multiple Superbowls together and be the best qb to ever live. Which is the pedestal they put him on so any posts that insinuate anything less will be attacked as trolling.
  18. I’m not sure how you can conclude this when one guy has taken his team to 3 Superbowl games and the other hasn’t come close. Allen is a tremendous QB and a perfect fit for the Bills. But c’mon. Let’s be realistic. His ceiling is not Mahomes. I’d say if his ceiling is Brett Farve’s career it would be an accomplishment at this point.
  19. I think you might be on to something here. Just triple cover Kelce. Let their receivers run free downfield. Mahomes will put the ball right in their hands only to see it slip right off. Masterful scheme.
  20. He doesn’t have the mental capacities of Brady or Mahomes. This is where he can grow. I agree with your assessment. Bills can win a Superbowl with Allen but this is who he is at this point. There isn’t any untapped potential waiting to be unleashed after 6 years starting. There’s nothing wrong with that btw.
  21. Sometimes alcohol provides a lot of clarity.
  22. There’s still hope because every team in the league is legitimately beatable this season. Everyone, including the Bills, is out there week in week out looking for a solution to play better and get to the next week with a W.
  23. Like any average NFL WR should be able to do. MVS is so bad he makes Davis elite. Lol
  24. Absolutely! For Baltimore.
  25. Oh completely agree. They had some superbowl worthy teams except for the quarterback. Their defense was stellar with Alex Smith.
