  1. What’s more likely? Miami beating up on bad teams like they’ve done all season. Or Bills going on a 5 game win streak that they have not shown a capacity to do all season. Personal feelings aside most would agree that the probability of the first scenario is greater than the second. Unless a person is too blinded by the Bills light to see clearly.
  2. Not scoring enough points is bad. The offense has done that too many times this season.
  3. What’s the percentage of winning out? That’s the ‘bleak’ part.
  4. Absolutely anything is possible! Including losing to the Rodgers-less Jets, Mac Jones Pats and old Russ Broncos.
  5. I compare Allen to only 1 other active qb and that’s Mahomes. Think Allen is better than everyone else. There’s no need to dig into statistics. Just use your eyes watching them play. Mahomes with 13sec tied us in regulation. Got the ball first in OT and scored to end the game. Allen needs to learn how to do that.
  6. Because they’re blinded by the notion that Allen is the best in the league and Mahomes only seems better because of any excuses you want to make. Just homerism. It’s gotten so bad lately that complimenting Mahomes is a slight towards Allen.
  7. He played phenomenally. But it wasn’t enough. He could’ve did a little more to secure a win. Elite QBs score TDs in OT when they get the ball first in most cases. Allen is certainly elite. But he hasn’t shown the ability to do this. That’s all I’m saying.
  8. There’s a reason he’s 0-6 in OT.
  9. Got the ball first in OT. TD would’ve ended the game.
  10. I stated he led last season (fact) and given patterns this year he most likely will this season (tbd). Nothing more than that. Bolded part is just your assumption.
  11. He led turnovers in 2022. He was leading this season as well until MNF when Dobbs threw 4 ints to overtake him. I have faith in our boy to get back the lead before season’s end. He seems very committed to throwing it to the other team.
  12. I actually think they have a great chance to beat KC given the current circumstances. But I don’t think it will lead to much of anything even if they were to pull it off. This team is just too inconsistent this year. Most .500 teams are.
  13. So what’s standing in the Bills way to the superbowl this season AND the fate of McD’s entire career hinges on a regular season game against KC? It’s a big game but I had no idea of all the implications. Wow.
  14. Florio spews all of his bs with conviction.
  15. You said this so perfectly for some of us that are objective about Allen. A championship would definitely eliminate a lot of these discussions about him.
  16. I’m curious if you always pass off your opinions as fact.
  17. Surely Allen and the Bills have done better than Mahomes and the Chiefs the last three years. What with all the MVP’s and SuperBowl troph…oh wait.
  18. What’s the purpose of this exercise? Turnovers hurt a team’s chances of winning. Allen has a negative narrative of being a qb that, while great, is prone to mistakes and turning the ball over. So I don’t get your insistence that fumbles should not count. Why? Because it bolster the case against Allen? I doubt Allen cares. I’m sure he and the team recognize this is an issue and are working on solutions to get them lowered.
  19. I see a lot of ‘They’re good enough…but probably won’t’ responses. A great coach once said you are what your record is. Or something like that. This year’s Bills is a .500 team after 12 weeks. So they’re not good enough to win 5 in a row. It’s fan delusion to think otherwise. What they are good enough to do…is rise up to better competition so they might upset KC after the bye. Which would be a great feel for the fanbase in what is a disappointing season. It would be the highlight of this season. Might save McD’s butt for another year.
  20. The narrative is Allen being turnover prone. Fumbles are turnovers. They hurt just as bad, if not worse, as interceptions.
  21. If it keeps happening is it really ‘flukey’?
  22. He played and watched a lot of golf. Then lamented that he couldn’t watch more golf because of training camp. Add to that no visible offseason training of any kind and it’s a bad look when the team struggles like it has this season.
  23. If this is really what McD thinks of Allen then it’s a problem. You have an elite qb. Let him try to win the game. Your qb is not some Jets scrub that would throw a Hail Mary pass 15 yds short of the endzone so it could be returned.
  24. You don’t think much of Allen then? KC scored on them with 13 secs. Then the following year scored with 17 secs before the half ended. They trusted their elite qb to get the job done. Why can’t the Bills? You sound like you agreed with the decision to not trust Allen.
  25. McD’s message is stale. He’s done after the season. Get a new coach in next year and hopefully things will fall in place for year ‘25/‘26 season.
