Have to see how the offseason plays out. Beane needs to have the kind of draft this year that JD had for the Jets last year. With the cap situation I don't know if the Bills can be big players in FA. They still have to try and resign their own FA's. As for Frazier I don't understand it either. The D has been good enough to win with in the regular season, but it fails in the postseason. I also hope they don't remain status quo but it looks like that is what is going to happen.

Another one to remember is Terry Bradshaw. Granted those Steelers teams were loaded. Great defense, Franco, Swann, Stallworth. He did QB them to 4 championships.
-
I think they could have gotten by the Giants. The Bills SHOULD HAVE but didn't. The Redskins and Cowboys probably beat the Dolphins.
-
I think this is a realistic goal. For this to happen we need a better OL, a DL that can get to the QB. Another playmaker at WR to go along with Diggs. I just wish they would move on from Frazier.
-
If it wasn't for the Bills, then Marino probably has a ring or two. The Dolphins could never get past the Bills. The Kelly-Marino years were some of the best battles in the NFL at that time.

Aaron Rodgers to the Jets for 2 first round picks?
Gregg replied to Lost's topic in The Stadium Wall
I do think the Jets have a lot of talent on the roster now. JD hit a grand slam with the draft last year. Wilson, Hall, Sauce. Their D isn't elite level, but it is good. They have playmakers on offense both at RB and WR. Their OL needs to be improved and the biggest issue is QB. That is a very big issue obviously but if they can get one in FA then they will be trouble for the rest of the AFCE. -
Aaron Rodgers to the Jets for 2 first round picks?

We shouldn't and don't. A 13-3 team in decline LOL. The Bills have things to improve on but to say they are declining is a bit over the top. -
Aaron Rodgers to the Jets for 2 first round picks?
Gregg replied to Lost's topic in The Stadium Wall
According to Colin we are declining. Colin Cowherd: “My guess is that Aaron is not going to retire for two reasons… He can make another $100 million, and Tom Brady retired. Do you really want to share the podium in Canton with Tom Brady?? Aaron Rodgers to the Jets gets a lot of talk but Aaron is smart enough… That’s a wobbly ownership, you’ve got a coach who has got to win or he’s fired, it’s a bunch of young kids, bad o-line...but Aaron to the Raiders? It’s West Coast, Davante Adams, great weapons, offensive head coach with a ring, and I think privately Green Bay looks at the Raiders and thinks ‘We’re sending him to the AFC.’ Whereas the Bills feel like they’re declining, the Patriots don’t have weapons, who knows about Tua’s health – you could see Aaron Rodgers winning that division if he went to the Jets.“ -
Josh is what 26 or 27? He has zero rings right now. He won't get 7 and probably not even close to it. I doubt you will see a 20-year run like the Pats had ever again. From a "winning" standpoint I hope Josh can have a career like Ben. Win a couple of Super Bowls. Win a bunch of divisional titles. Have a decent amount of regular season and playoff success with an overall winning record. NFL players picking the best in the game today. NFLPA on Twitter: "NFL players are honoring the best in the game. We've got the Top 5 players at their position–voted on specifically by those who play their position + those they line up against. See who made the #PlayersAllPro Top 5 ⏩https://t.co/oKCRkIC3nf https://t.co/5UwgFG5rJ7" / Twitter

My top 5 would be: 1. Brady 2. Manning 3. Montana 4. Marino 5. Elway Brees would be #6 and Mahomes is quickly on track to make my top 5. Still needs to play at a high level for a few more seasons though.

I realize many of these players aren't the brightest bulbs in the box. But you are a professional athlete who makes millions of dollars. You can live a lifestyle that the majority of people will never have. Why do they act like punks when they have made it in life. OJ is another example of this. He had it all. One of the greatest RBs in NFL history. Pretty good acting career. Working for NBC doing NFL games. Beautiful family and he threw it all away. Makes no sense to throw it all away like that.

One is the GOAT. The other is Josh Allen. I love that Allen is the QB of the Bills, but he hasn't won **** yet. Granted Brady had the GOAT HC and Allen has Mr. Claps a lot as well as a DC whose defensive style is 1980's defense. Explains why Allen hasn't won ****. Plus, a GM who puts no value on building an OL.
-
Don't they have to resign Poyer?
-
If Rodgers ends up on the Jets, then I hope this move blows up in their faces. I just think they will challenge the Bills for the division if they get him.
-
He had nobody to throw to last year in GB. The Jets have a decent receiving corps lead by Wilson. Their RBs are decent as well led by Carter. I am not mentioning Breece as I figure it will take him some time to get back to what he was. It took Barkley a year or so to regain his form. The defense while not elite is solid. Even if Rodgers declined some, he is still better way better than White, Flacco, Wilson.
-
This is more likely to happen to Allen with all the hits he takes every year. Really hope the Bills can build an OL and develop a running game with the RB's doing the running. I don't mind Allen running once in a while as sometimes he has to avoid the rush. But when your QB runs for 700-800 yards (whatever it was) in a season that is not an ideal scenario.

Give me the Super Bowl championship season and I will have no problem going thru a long rebuild after that.

If I remember correctly Thurman had 125 yards on 15 carries. If the Bills punted it was because they were trying to throw the ball when the Giants were begging them to run it. If they would have run Thurman more then the Giants would have been forced to play the run. That would have opened up the passing game. They still scored 19 points with only having the ball 19 minutes.

What if Rodgers goes to the Jets?
-
Let's Go Yankees.
-
I can't see the Cowboys. Bills vs Cowboys will either be a primetime game or the national 4:25 game on Sunday afternoon.
-
Just think about the people living on the WC. Every Sunday football starts for them at 10:00am.
-
The Giants really didn't stop the Bills. OJ Anderson and the Giants hogging the ball for 40 minutes was the real problem. If that sack Bruce had in the endzone turned out to be a TD instead of a safety that would have changed everything.
-
To be fair the only one the Bills should have won was the Giants game. They were the better team and no had business losing that game. Washington just physically dominated the Bills. Dallas was probably the better team at that time. The 9 turnovers in the first Cowboys game didn't help.
