The Sabres probably won't make the playoffs this year, but they are really building something special. This team has a lot of young talent, and they are only going to get better.
-
Woody Johnson can do that from the Jets side. From all the media here in the NYC area the Jets FO wanted Carr but Johnson wanted Rodgers.

I give Mahomes plenty of credit. He is a great QB and right now the best in the game. But Mahomes has one of the best OL's in the league with Allen having one of the worst. Josh deserves some blame here. He does turnover the ball over to much and he needs to clean up that part of his game. But at the same he is running for his life on many plays because of a weak OL. A better OL and Josh trying not to play "hero ball" as much as he does will help cut down on the turnovers.

I don't know if all 3 will make it but 2 should. Look at the other divisions. Early guess here but the Bengals, Jags, Chiefs win their respective divisions. Who realistically can you see in the hunt for a WC. Chargers, Ravens if LJ plays, maybe the Browns, and Broncos depending on Wilson's play. Don't see anyone from the South making it except the Jags.

One show that I forgot to mention that could be on the list is Sanford and Son.

Agree. The Bills are going to be challenged by them no doubt. It wouldn't surprise me if they play 3 times next year.

The Eagles have one of the best OL's in football. The Chiefs D held their own at the LOS. I don't think the Bills defense would have done the same. The Eagles probably run the ball down the Bills throats. While the Chiefs are known for their offense it's their defense that plays well enough to where they have 2 Lombardi trophies. The Bills defense usually chokes in big spots.

Beane still looking to add big bodied RB to roster

See if this guy will come out of retirement. -
Someone who can carry the load so Allen can have zero carries for zero yards every game. At least as far as those designed runs go. I know there will be times when Allen will have to avoid the rush on passing plays and he will pick up yards that way. Allen is getting older, so I don't want to see him taking unnecessary shots if it can be avoided.

Per todays NY Post the Packers can drag this thing out until week 1 of the regular season. The deadline for Rodgers 58.3 bonus doesn't kick in to guaranteed salary until then. How funny would it be if Zach Wilson has to start week 1.

I think they never should have let Carr leaving the building without a contract. He is 31 and would have signed a 4 or 5-year deal. That would have given the Jets some stability at the QB position, and they wouldn't have had to give up any draft picks to get him. Last year Carr threw for 3,522 yards with 24 TD's and 14 INT's. He is certainly a good QB or better than many in the league. That is a big improvement from what they had with Mike White who threw for 1,192 yards with 3 TD's and 4 INT's and Wilson's 1,688 yards with 6 TD's and 7 INT's.

Anyone just sit back and appreciate it?

Then you watch fans of Boston teams and just wonder why that can't happen for Buffalo just once. Between the Pats, Sox, B's, and Celtics they have had it pretty good over the years. -

Imagine the Jets win the Super Bowl this year with Rodgers. This board would go nuclear on Beane/McDermott if that happened. -
Lamar Jackson.
-
Same thing happened with the Islanders. The owners got then Gov Cuomo on board with building their new arena. Once Cuomo was on board the construction of UBS arena was underway and done pretty quickly.
-
So does that mean the small market Green Bay Packers who continue to play in old Lambeau are in danger of moving.

17-6 as opposed to 13-6 could have made a difference. Same thing in the 1st Super Bowl. If Hostetler fumbles in the endzone from the Smith sack, then its 17-3 instead of 12-3. That Giants team was not built to come back from large deficits.
