The refs in the Isles - Canes game was a joke. 6 PP's for the Canes and 0 for the Isles. Then the blatant high stick call that wasn't called in OT which resulted in the winning goal. Maybe game 3 will be called by refs and not "Canes fans". If I am the Isles I come out hitting everything in game 3. They have got to be pissed and rightfully so.

Allen does have to take care of the ball better and limit turnovers, but I would look more at his supporting cast as to what needs to get better. OL, another elite level playmaker on offense to help Allen and Diggs. A defense that can show up in a big game would also be helpful.

Owning an NFL team is owning the golden goose $$$$$$. Terry may be more of a hockey fan then football fan but if he were to sell any team its bye bye Sabres. With that said I think his children will eventually take over. Isn't his oldest learning the business of owning a team?

I hope he is right but 34 coming off the injury he had I don't see him coming back early in the season. Hoping he can dominate in the playoffs which is when we really need him.

The Giants game was the one they should have won. Even if they did party hard before the game they still would have won if they gave Thurman the ball more. He was on fire that day.

Especially the Bills. Being an NFL owner is owning a cash cow. The money off the TV contract alone is crazy.

Per Forbes the Bills are currently 29th out of 32 teams. The Bills are worth 3.4 billion. So, the new stadium has made a difference.

Looks like the Mets aren't rooting for either of these teams.

10 more days until the draft. I suppose if this happens (I doubt it will) then it will happen on the weekend of the draft.

The Rams have a better shot at making it in LA for the long term then the Chargers do. When all of this moving went down it should have been the Raiders going to LA with the Rams. The Raiders have a fanbase in LA. The Chargers don't belong there at all. They should have been the team to move to Vegas.

Levi will be here from the start. The offense is already elite. The core is very young and already good. If they improve the defense with the draft/FA, then I see this team getting around 110 points next year.

XFL and USFL won't make it. All the top talent will go to the NFL ($$$$) so the quality of football in these leagues will be average at best. Many times, it's just bad football. The only 4 leagues that really matter in America are the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA. Also, college football and basketball are big as well.
