  1. I doubt they can keep him healthy. Two confirmed concussions last year (CIN and GB) and he probably suffered one in the first Bills game bringing the total to 3. Then he had that hip injury at Alabama but it's the concussions that will shorten his career. If he suffers one more this year, then he would be smart to retire. It's not worth putting your health at risk especially since he is a young man.
  2. That is a good question. I mostly watch sports NFL, CFB, NHL, MLB. When I do watch shows or movies its usually the older ones. Most of today's stuff isn't that good IMHO.
  3. Gerry Dulac on Twitter: "Steelers have agreed to a new five-year, $70.743 million contract with OLB Alex Highsmith that includes approximately $27.7 million in guaranteed money, per sources. Highsmith was entering the final year of his rookie contract and was scheduled to earn $2.743 million in 2023." / Twitter
  4. Good point. The potential is there for the Bills to play many home games in bad weather especially late in the season. Yet the Bills have a team that isn't built for bad weather.
  5. The most powerful person in NY Kathy Hochul wants this and helped the Bills get past all of the political red tape to get it done. The only place the Bills are moving to is across the street in 3 years to their new home.
  6. It would be nice if the Chargers and Ravens can win their divisions and knock the Chiefs and Bengals to WC status. Although it didn't help last year, I want any playoff game with Bengals or Chiefs in OP.
  7. Tim Graham on Twitter: "Bills are about to announce a front office restructure that moves Terry Pegula into the president's role. EVP Ron Raccuia is leaving the organization. New management team includes Sabres/PSE CEO John Roth, general counsel Kathryn D'Angelo and VP of finance Josh Dziurlikowski." / Twitter
  8. According to these "experts' we aren't even winning the division.
  9. I want Rodgers and the Jets to be like Wilson and the Broncos were last year.
  10. They wouldn't trade him within the division.
  11. Brian Costello on Twitter: "The Jets plan on releasing WR Denzel Mims if they can’t find a trade partner first, according to sources. Mims, a 2020 second-round pick, will get a fresh start somewhere else." / Twitter
  12. I wonder if this means the Titans are bringing back the Houston Oilers uniform this year. They are pouring oil on their current jersey.
  13. 13 wins will be tough. Road games at KC, CIN, and PHIL. Then you have 4 combined games against MIA and NYJ. DAL won't be easy either. Then factor in the Bills always seem to stub their toe against a team they should beat at least once a year. I would say 10-12 wins is the floor/ceiling for the Bills. If they can win 13 or more, I would be thrilled with that given how tough the schedule is.
  14. The Falcons need to bring these back.
  15. I do like the fact that we get them at MetLife in the opener. Rodgers first game with his new teammates. It may take some time to develop chemistry with them. If the Bills can win that game, it will be huge. It would give them a good opportunity to sweep them as the Bills will be favorite to win in OP. Although that will be a tough game as well.
  16. If the Browns are going to wear a white helmet 3 times this year, then does that mean the Bills will wear the red helmet more than once. If/when they do wear the red helmet I just hope it isn't with the POS looking all reds.
  17. Last place folks. I realize Hal isn't George but if Cashman and Boone survive this then something is seriously wrong. Heads would have rolled a long time ago if George were alive.
  18. This is an example of why it will be Newsome as the Dem candidate in 2024. They probably would remove Biden right now, but nobody (including the Dems) wants the useless cackling airhead taking over. The Dems will "Weekend at Bernie's" Biden till the election in 2024. They can't do it for 4 years after that. That is assuming that he will be alive for another 4 years which I doubt.
  19. The Bills should go back to those the next time they play the Lions
  20. Hopefully "Father Time" gets him sooner than it got Brady.
  21. If the Bills did get Barkley, I think he would be the #1 RB. On the plus side it would take the pressure off of Allen as he wouldn't have to run as much anymore.
  22. So, it begins on the Barkley trade destinations. Bills, Chiefs and Bears were mentioned as the best fit. Here is the write up on the Bills. Buffalo Bills Josh Allen has made the Bills perennial Super Bowl contenders ever since his arrival. However, he has never led the Bills over the hump in the postseason, as they have yet to make it past the AFC Championship game under Allen. With that being said, Allen has never had a star running back at his side throughout his tenure. The Bills make so much sense as a possible trade destination for Saquon Barkley, as it would give Allen by far the most talented backfield mate of his career. A whole new dynamic would be added to an already feared Bills offense, and it could propel them into the Super Bowl that they have been waiting for. The Bills have high expectations for second-year running back James Cook this season, and for good reason. However, adding Saquon Barkley into the backfield would do no harm in the development of Cook, as he would be the perfect handcuff to keep Barkley fresh. The two could even come close to splitting carries with how many mouths there are to feed on the Bills offense already; in general, Barkley is the home-run swing that the Bills need to make, and they should be looking out for if and when the Giants running back signs the franchise tag.
