  1. The Bills model to build a championship caliber team is straight out of South Park. 1. Step one - collect underpants (Allen) 2 Step two -?????? 3.Step three - win Super Bowl.
  2. Wait until the new stadium. Prices going up big time and that doesn't include those wonderful PSL's fees.
  3. He is still an upgrade over what the Jets have.
  4. As long as the Jets don't get him then I don't care where he goes. He would be an upgrade over White, Wilson, Flacco.
  5. Speaking of coaches getting hired. The Colts hired the Eagles OC as their new head coach. Adam Schefter on Twitter: "Colts announced they officially hired former Eagles’ OC Shane Steichen as their head coach. https://t.co/DFRbcQxL71" / Twitter
  6. Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "Expect #Raiders QB Derek Carr to receive significant interest when his release is official at 4 pm today, but the veteran won’t be in a rush to sign. He’s already visited the #Saints – who are still in the mix – and don’t be surprised if more visits follow before a decision." / Twitter
  7. Doesn't The Rock own one of these leagues?
  8. They are a good team. Nobody is denying that. They can beat all of the bad teams and average teams consistently. The problem is in the playoffs when they face teams that are on their level they have failed. For a team that is supposed to be challenging for a championship it makes it frustrating for the fanbase. Especially this one in a football mad city like Buffalo where we are all dying to see one.
  9. I dream of Josh having an OL that Patrick has. It would also help if he didn't have Sean "Marvin Lewis" McDermott as his coach.
  10. At #27 whoever is available for OL. Here are some options for Beane at tackle. Northwestern - Peter Skoronski Ohio State - Paris Johnson Jr Oklahoma - Anton Harrison Georgia - Broderick Jones
  11. Curious to see if Tua plays or retires. As of those "Pro Bowl Games" a couple of weeks ago he still hadn't cleared concussion protocol.
  12. It would be nice if one of the teams from the division could challenge them. It reminds me of the AFCE when NE would win the division year after year. I think the Chargers are the best hope. They always play them tough but seem to come up short. One of these years they have to beat them, I hope.
  13. Hall will be back but how good will he be? Look at Barkley. When he came back it took a couple of years before he got back to his old form this year. The Dolphins and Jets will be a pain in the ass for the Bills this year. The Dolphins coach looks like a cast member from Revenge of the Nerds, but he is doing a good job.
  14. I thought maybe the Bills should look to bring in Frank Reich as OC when he was available. But that can't happen now since he is the HC of Carolina.
  15. Mahomes is the best QB in the game. The 2 Super Bowl championships, the playoff wins, the AFCW titles, and all of the regular season wins. He is a big part of all of that. I would say Mahomes is in the conversation for top 5 QB all-time at this point. You can't say that about Allen (yet).
  16. Allen has one playmaker in Diggs. That is why we need an upgrade at WR-2 so he can have at least 2 playmakers to work with. Improving the OL should be priority #1 for Beane.
  17. Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "The #Jets are hiring former #Titans OC Todd Downing as their new passing game coordinator, sources say, adding a veteran assistant with extensive experience to join new OC Nathaniel Hackett. Robert Saleh continues to beef up his offensive staff." / Twitter
  18. Assuming we don't trade up or back who do you think will be available at 27 as far as OL go?
  19. OL has to be priority #1. If we have to go with the same WR group as well as RB's, then so be it. But the OL has to improve.
  20. OL and a WR-2 opposite Diggs. If they can improve those two things, then it will help greatly.
  21. If Tomlin became available, I would replace McDermott with him in a heartbeat. He has won a Super Bowl and I don't think he has ever had a losing season. Besides Tomlin would build a tough, physical football team unlike the finesse team we have now that can get pushed around by other physical teams. See Jets game winning drive where they started at their own 5 and ran the ball down the Bills throats for a game winning FG as an example.
  22. Obviously, any outdoor stadium especially in the east and Midwest can get bad weather but it seems like it's on a different level in OP.
  23. I would hope this wouldn't be the case. Preparing for the draft starts in September when CFB starts. Beane has his scouts covering all the conferences. Beane can split his time between the Bills and college football. McDermott really can't since he is focused on the Bills season. For all we know Beane probably travels to some CFB games if a Bills scout tells him come to see a specific player and then flies back to where the Bills are playing that Sunday. My point is Beane and his scouts have been paying to attention to these players in college all season long. They are the ones who put together the Bills draft board based on what they have seen. Why should McDermott run the draft when he hasn't focused on CFB like Beane and the scouts have. I hope Terry tells McDermott that Beane has the final say on who the Bills draft. That way McDermott can't do anything about it. Terry is the real Czar in Bills land.
  24. I would add Herbert as well. Allen also plays in OP where the elements play a bigger factor then they do in KC or CIN. Those places can get bad weather as well but not as bad as OP can get. Those miserable weather games can affect the stats.
