  1. The KC game is on the road again. The Bills already played at Dallas, at New Orleans, and at Detroit on Thanksgiving recently. I doubt the league would have them play a 4th road game. If the Bills get another game on Thanksgiving, it will probably be the night game at home.
  2. Dianna Russini on Twitter: "The Atlanta Falcons will not be pursuing QB Lamar Jackson, per sources." / Twitter
  3. Giants place the tag on Barkley. Albert Breer on Twitter: "Source: The Giants have placed the franchise tag on RB Saquon Barkley. His franchise tender is worth $10.09 million." / Twitter
  4. Looks like the Giants and Jones have reached an agreement. Jordan Schultz on Twitter: "Breaking: Daniel Jones and the #Giants are finalizing a four-year contract extension, sources tell @theScore. Jones guided the G-Men to their first playoff win in 11 years while compiling 22 total TDs and only 5 INTs. https://t.co/tnOGR36gqy" / Twitter
  5. The AFC gets 9 home games this year. Just guessing here but since the Bills opened on the road last year vs LA, I would guess a home game week 1. If the Jets get Rodgers, then one of those games is a good bet to be on primetime with Allen and Rodgers. Also, with the NFCE on the schedule this year that means a few more possibilities for primetime games. Anyone from that division with the exception of Washington would make for a good primetime matchup.
  6. Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "The #Ravens have officially franchised tagged QB Lamar Jackson, giving him the non-exclusive tag. https://t.co/MXzOHvJbWI" / Twitter
  7. Beane needs to hit a HR in the draft/FA.
  8. I wouldn't count on Breece to have a big impact in 2023. It took Barkley a couple of seasons before he regained his old form this past year.
  9. Dan Graziano on Twitter: "I’m told the Jets contingent on the way to California includes team owner Woody Johnson, GM Joe Douglas, head coach Robert Saleh, offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, possibly others." / Twitter
  10. And then there is this. Dov Kleiman on Twitter: "Tom Brady might not be “done after all" with his playing in the NFL, according to @RichEisenShow who talked to people in Indy. "Folks are saying keep an eye on Miami." https://t.co/G554c1AI6p" / Twitter
  11. In other QB news the Falcons and Ravens are discussing a trade for LJ. Dov Kleiman on Twitter: "Report: The #Falcons have “very real” interest in trading for #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, a source told @MattLombardoNFL “The Lamar Jackson conversation between the Ravens and Falcons progressed tremendously in Indianapolis,” https://t.co/lUigtaoRJM" / Twitter
  12. Rob Demovsky on Twitter: "Update: Sources tell @DanGrazianoESPN and me that a contingent of Jets team officials are scheduled to fly out today to meet in person with Aaron Rodgers." / Twitter
  13. They do have issues at OL just like the Bills, but their roster overall is pretty good. Rodgers goes there and the Bills will have a fight on their hands just to win the division. They may even have that now with the Fins.
  14. They get a lot better. 2022 Stats Mike White - 1192 yards 3 TD's 4 INT's Zach Wilson - 1688 yards 6 TD's 7 INT's
  15. If this happens you can count on a Bills vs Jets primetime game. Allen and Rodgers is definitely getting one. The other would probably be the national game on Sunday afternoon with Romo and Nantz.
  16. He also said he would see us again in the playoffs. Kind of wish he did. I would rather have the Bills face the Jets then the Bengals now knowing the outcome of that horrible game.
  17. Zack Rosenblatt on Twitter: "The #Jets and Aaron Rodgers did speak yesterday, per sources, as @wingoz said. Rodgers still hasn’t made a decision about his future yet though." / Twitter
  18. I don't understand why these players act this way. I get it that some of them grew up in tough conditions but once you have made it as a professional athlete then "grow up". They can lead a lifestyle that most of us can only dream about. Why throw it all away doing stupid s***.
  19. As punishment Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Boyd, and Mixon should be suspended for the entire 2023 season. Same for the HC who is pretty good. Adam Gase will coach the Bengals next season
  20. It's going to be a tough game. The Isles are usually good at home. They haven't played since Saturday, so they are rested. The Sabres will be playing their 3rd game in 4 nights so fatigue may play a factor especially in the 3rd period.
  21. Looks like Rivers wants to come out of retirement. Dov Kleiman on Twitter: "Retired NFL QB Philip Rivers has expressed desire to return to the NFL. He already contacted the #49ers and #Dolphins about coming out of retirement late in the 2022 season, according to @richeisen https://t.co/aEfLAF8iDl" / Twitter
  22. https://www.nbcsportsedge.com/artic...zz/23-most-interesting-things-i-heard-combine 3. As long as we are talking big-name quarterbacks, despite all the rumors of Derek Carr going to the Jets, one thing that held that up was that Jets owner Woody Johnson really wants Aaron Rodgers. So, the staff has had to be supportive of that. However, secretly, the rest of the team's front office wanted Derek Carr. Now that Carr is reportedly signing with New Orleans, the Jets are in “Hoping for Rodgers” mode. If that doesn't work out… who knows? When Woody Johnson gets involved in the Jets day to day business activities then it means great things for the Bills, Dolphins, and Pats.
  23. I can't wait to see the next contact for Burrow and Herbert. The Allen contract is looking better and better as these deals get done.
  24. Take comfort Sabres fans. Maybe they make the playoffs this year and maybe they won't but... Buffalo is going to be good for a very long time. Jack Quinn seems to be the real deal. Cozens, Krebs, Jost all first rd, young guys flourishing down the middle. That’s before mentioning Tuch or Thompson or Dahlin or Powers. Plus young high end role players like middlestat, peterka, ollofson, samuelson. KO and Skinner who have been great. Not sure about the depth on D but this team is stacked for the future nonetheless.
  25. Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "The #Saints & Derek Carr agreed on a 4-yr deal for $150M with $100M in total guarantees, per me & @MikeGarafolo. He gets $70M effectively fully guaranteed ($60M at signing, another $10M in Year 3 vesting after Year 1). Carr structures his deal to accommodate Saints’ cap issues. https://t.co/vs6qaBh7rg" / Twitter
