  1. I don't expect much from Breece this season. Look how long it took Barkley to get back to his old form. I think that is a big reason why they went out and got Cook. I expect Cook and Carter will do a lot of the heavy lifting running the ball while Breece tries to regain his old form. It might take a year or so to get there like it did Barkley.
  2. In the Bills 63-year history they have opened against the Jets more than anyone else. I think it's around 20 times now.
  3. 11-6 for the Bills. Chris Berman Bowl Bills vs 49ers. 45-22-15 for 105 points for the Sabres.
  4. The Jets really do matchup well with the Bills. Check out these stats.
  5. There will never be another 85 Bears defense or a Steel Curtain or a 2000 Ravens defense. Those defenses could do something that today's defenses can't. They could hit the crap out of you and the refs' yellow flags would stay in their pockets. In today's game it is geared towards the offense and not hitting defenseless players. Some of the penalties they call for roughing are a joke as they really are just a regular tackles. You can't play defense today like they did back in the day.
  6. This is at the Jets practice. Check out the tackling dummies.
  7. I am surprised the Canadiens didn't get any. I know the team isn't very good, but they are an original 6. Original 6 teams have strong fanbases and usually get high TV ratings.

  10. As long as the Bills sweep them then I wouldn't mind it if they got wins over the Dolphins and Jets who are bigger threats to the Bills for the division.
  11. Super 70s Sports on X: "John Tyler, America’s 10th president, was born in 1790. He has a living grandson. Not great, not great-great. Regular grandson. Read that again as many times as you need to absorb it. I’m going to keep talking about this until it’s not true anymore because it’s ***** bonkers. https://t.co/sY4y8fcnZ7" / X (twitter.com) Jonathan Boba on X: "@Super70sSports Here you go. 12. Would love to see Bill coach the Bills with Allen as the QB.
  13. I agree with you that the Bills will be fine but... 1. The division is a lot harder. The Jets and Dolphins could challenge the Bills for the division now. 2. Playoff failures. Fans are getting frustrated with them highlighted of course by 13 seconds. Losing confidence in McDermott to get us over the top. I personally think the Bills will go 11-6. That should get them into the playoffs. Will it be enough for the division is anybody's guess.
  14. The Sabres will be on national tv 15 times this season. The Sabres' national TV schedule for 2023-24 is as follows: Oct. 17 vs. Tampa Bay - 7:30 p.m. on ESPN Nov. 1 at Philadelphia - 7 p.m. on TNT (exclusively on MSG in the Buffalo broadcast market) Nov. 24 vs. Pittsburgh - 6 p.m. on TNT Dec. 5 vs. Detroit - 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu Dec. 13 at Colorado - 9:30 p.m. on TNT Dec. 27 vs. Boston - 7:30 p.m. on TNT Jan. 17 vs. Chicago - 7:30 p.m. on TNT (exclusively on MSG in the Buffalo broadcast market) Feb. 10 vs. St. Louis - 1 p.m. on ABC Feb. 27 at Florida - 7 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu March 2 vs. Vegas - 7 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu March 6 at Toronto - 7 p.m. on TNT March 9 vs. Edmonton - 12:30 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu March 14 vs. New York Islanders - 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu March 30 vs. Toronto - 7 p.m. on ESPN+/Hulu April 7 at Detroit - 1 p.m. on TNT
  15. Agreed. Same with Rangers, and the Lightning's dynasty/run is over IMHO.
  16. DeSantis is my first choice. I will vote R no matter what.
  17. Good job Beane. Good signing and in a position of need.
  18. The 70's were bad, 84 and 85 were a nightmare. The drought also sucked. I am excited for this season. The Bills probably won't win 13 games as the division and schedule is tougher. My guess is 11-6. Will that be enough to win the division is anyone's guess. They are still a good bet for the playoffs. All of the AFCE games are going to be fun and nerve wracking to watch.
