  1. Once my Isles were eliminated then I wanted the Rangers and Leafs out. Since they are also gone, I really don't care who wins the Cup from the teams still playing.
  2. Dov Kleiman on Twitter: "𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: #Jets star DT Quinnen Williams bio now reads: "Defensive Tackle for ………" With his last tweet is a RT of the contract the #Giants gave Dexter Lawrence - $90 million with $60 million guaranteed. Williams is clearly sending the Jets a message as they're working… https://t.co/cHVY4npXxW" / Twitter
  3. 12,34,78,83 = core of 4 from those Super Bowl teams. Draw the line after Andre. IMHO
  4. It would be such a shame if he isn't out there on 9/11
  5. They might lose to the Jets at MetLife. Primetime game on the road, Rodgers first game as a Jets. Place will be going absolutely crazy, but I doubt they lose to the Raiders at home and the Commanders on the road. They should be either 3-0 or 2-1 after 3 weeks. They start 0-3 and the pitchforks and knives will be out for McDermott's head.
  6. NHL - Isles fan so the early 80's obviously. MLB - Yankees fan. I would say the Torre years with Jeter. NFL - with the Bills the early 90's and the Super Bowl years. Shame they couldn't win one. Honorable mention the early 80's with the Chuck Knox teams. The Allen years are also fun to watch. Hopefully they can win one at some point.
  7. I wonder if they will retire Andre's #83. I always thought the core of 4 from the Super Bowl teams were 12,34,78, and 83. Andre should join Jim, Thurman, and Bruce and have his number retired.
  8. Schedule is brutal especially on the road. Division is a lot of tougher as well. I think they will end up somewhere between 10-7 and 12-5.
  9. One thing about the Bills. They seem to always lose a game they shouldn't (say the Giants this year) and win a game they shouldn't (Bengals or Eagles this year). I see 10-7 as the floor with 12-5 as the ceiling. Hard to say right now. Some teams you think will be tough aren't and vice versa. Also, injuries play a factor every year in the NFL.
  10. Everybody knew the Bills were going to get a lot of primetime games at night, but I can't remember the last time the Bills played a home game at 4:00/4:25.
  11. With the Chargers game I could see the crowd split 50-50. So, it will feel like a Bills "home" game.
  12. Take a look at the prices for the Bills at Jets game. It's going to cost $$$$ bigtime.
  13. Probably not this year. It took Barkley who had the same type of injury a couple of seasons to regain his form which he did last year.
  14. The Leafs got really lucky yesterday on the 1st goal where the puck deflects of the ref's knee and goes right in front of the net for a tap in goal. I hope the Cats close them out in game 5 but if not, they better do it in game 6. If this goes 7 then they are in trouble.
  15. Brian Costello on Twitter: "Aaron Rodgers vs. Justin Herbert on Monday Night Football. Details here: https://t.co/oxqGjyDZfM via @nypostsports" / Twitter
  16. That is weird being that Buffalo is an east coast team and the games aren't on the west coast.
  17. I wonder how they decide who gets what between the networks. Maybe CBS protected the game with the Chiefs for themselves and FOX did the same for the Cowboys game.
  18. They did that when the Islanders arena UBS was being built. It was a live feed 24-7 so you could see the progress being made as it was being built. Sometimes it was down usually because of bad weather but it was up and running most of the time.
