  1. If the Bengals somehow get into the playoffs (I don't think they will) then Burrow will get serious consideration for the MVP, and he will deserve it. He would be right there with Allen, Jackson, and Barkey.
  2. The fans think like that, but players and coaches don't. The players will want to win.
  3. Neither McDermott nor Beane are getting fired as Terry likes both as his HC/GM. I wish Beane and McDermott would stop with smaller, finesse type of defense that we have. It doesn't work especially against good teams and QB's. I would like to see a bigger, more physical defense that does a better job stopping the run and getting after the QB. Think Steelers defense as an example. Of course, Beane has to find these players in the draft which is easier said than done.
  4. Good point. Still have to think the Pats win. The Bills won't be playing the starters, and they probably just want to get through the game with no injuries. Maye will make enough plays to give the Pats the win. IMHO.
  5. Burrow and that offense would be a pain in the ass to play especially with how the Bills defense plays in the playoffs. But Allen, Cook and the rest of the offense would have a field day against the Bengals garbage defense. The game would probably end up like a college basketball score. Something like 63-57.
  6. LOL. Listening to Jets fans call in and cry about the Jets to WFAN is going to be so enjoyable.
  7. Jake Asman on X: "Rex Ryan tells me on @DRonESPN on @880ESPNNewYork that he expects to speak with the #Jets for their head coaching opening after the regular season ends." / X
  8. Denver. Rookie QB on the road in that environment. Good luck to Denver with that.
  9. Looking at that home schedule I say Bills fans better get ready to be spending a lot of time at the stadium at night. There are a lot of teams on the home schedule that make for a good primetime game.
  10. What a pitiful performance by the Colts yesterday. They needed the game, the Giants didn't. How can you give up 45 points to the Giants who have been one of the worst teams in the league with a horrible offense. The Giants lose yesterday by winning. They went from having the #1 pick in the draft to currently selecting #4.
  11. They lose on WC weekend then the pitchforks and knives will be out in full force to replace Sean from Bills Mafia. But the only opinion that matters is Terry's, and he likes Sean as his HC.
  12. I would imagine the Bills will treat this game as a glorified meaningless preseason game which is what it is. Allen probably will watch this game in street clothes. Anyone hurting won't play. It will 2nd and 3rd stringers against the Pats starters. NE will probably win, and they should be favorite in the game as well.

  14. The owner is the problem. As long as Johnson owns them, they will continue to suck. What good GM/HC who will have options will choose the Jets and work for an owner who always meddles in the football decisions.
  15. What a fun game to watch. Clinch the #2 seed so if they have to play the Ravens and its looking like they will then at least it's in OP. Assuming no upsets on WC weekend. Also, it was extra sweet watching the Bills administer a total beatdown of the Jets. Going to love listening to WFAN today.
  16. I don't like the matchup with the Ravens. They can run it really well with Henry and LJ and the Bills aren't great against the run. I am not saying the Bills couldn't win the game, but it would be a very tough game to win. I don't care about the other teams in the AFC including KC. Whoever they play is fine with me except the Ravens.
  17. Rich Cimini on X: "Jets injury update: WR Davante Adams (hip) returned to practice and looked good, per Ulbrich. CB Sauce Gardner (hamstring) and DT Quinnen Williams (hamstring) will try to play, Ulbrich says, but it sounds iffy. #Jets" / X
  18. The Bills went through a drought of their own. There is also the pain of the 70's and 84, 85. I don't feel sorry for them at all. What you posted isn't painful to think about. It's wonderful from a Bills POV.
  19. 2 minutes? That is still way too much time. They couldn't defend a 3-point lead with 13 seconds left and the Chiefs starting on the own 25. You have to take into account the "McDermott factor" so make it a 14-point lead with 20 seconds left and the Bills probably hold on and win the game.
  20. The Jets had quite a few players who either DNP or were limited on Thursday's injury report. Curious to see what theirs looks like today.

  22. If the Bills beat the Jets, then I would expect the Pats to beat the Bills backups. Have to figure the Bills will treat the NE game like a glorified preseason game if they beat the Jets this Sunday.
