Is 10 Wins enough to make the playoffs? What is the path to 10 wins?
Gregg replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
To many conference losses so the tiebreakers won't go their way. Need to catch Miami since they probably won't get in as a WC. As for 10 wins. Need to run the table at home and finish 8-0. I don't count London as a home game. Have to beat Miami on the final Sunday obviously. If they could split with the Chiefs and Eagles or beat the Chargers, then that probably gives them the AFCE. -
I don't see Terry making any changes if they do miss the playoffs. It would be their first bad year in a while, so my guess is Terry gives them the 2024 season to fix things. But if that season goes south then I think you could see a new GM/HC brought in.

Starting the week off great in my office pool. Had the Titans plus 3.5 so naturally the Steelers win by 4. -
Combating imaginary racism with actual racism??
Gregg replied to Unforgiven's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
LOL. Just when you thought the woke mentality couldn't get any dumber. Birds will be renamed because of racist names. You hear that the woke thinks bird names are racist. I just have one question. Will the Bald Eagle be renamed the Jada Pinkett Smith bird. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/dozens-of-species-of-birds-are-being-renamed-and-will-no-longer-be-linked-to-people/ar-AA1jhUx6?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=DCTS&cvid=b42dfe5d3ca8428496fa88d794cd1c82&ei=23 -

In my weekly pool I have the Titans getting 3.5. -
Maybe. This board could be singing a different tune come Sunday night around 11:20 or so

Go ask the Jets and Giants how ticket sales went going from Giants Stadium to MetLife. Granted both teams sucked but they both had a huge season ticket waiting list and pissed thru that very quickly. Now both teams advertise season and individual tickets. That is a far cry when they both had 78,000 season tickets holders and a waiting list in the thousands. If didn't work in the NYC area imagine what it will be like in Buffalo.
-
Maybe. New stadium on the way. Huge prices increase for season/individual tickets are coming as well as PSL fees. Terry needs a good/competitive team going into the new stadium if he wants strong ticket sales at those prices.

Good job Beane. Helps shore up the run defense.

Thank God it wasn't the NY kind.

No. I want one Super Bowl Championship in my lifetime.

Washington interested in trading for Belichick in the off season.
Gregg replied to PatsFanNH's topic in The Stadium Wall
It would have nothing to do with "building" as its more getting over the hump which McDermott can't seem to do. That 71-year-old coached the Pats to 9 Super Bowls and won 6 of them with an elite level future HOF QB. The Bills also have an elite level future HOF QB. Give me the coach who knows how to win championships vs the coach who can't get over the hump. But this is all meaningless anyway because Bill isn't coming here, and I doubt McDermott gets fired anytime soon. -

He isn't a good GM that is true. But I don't think he forgot how to coach. If he was coaching the Bills, then 13 seconds never happens. Probably win it all that year as well. I know he could get the Bills past the Chiefs and Bengals. I don't think McDermott ever will. -

When you go from the GOAT to Mac Jones what do you expect Bill to do. That is too much of a decline at the most important position in football. I know it won't happen but if Bill were coaching the Bills, he would instantly become the GOAT HC again. I wonder why that would be. Cough, cough 17,17,17 cough, cough. -
White jerseys, blue pants in Cincy for Sunday Night Football
Gregg replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills didn't wear the throwbacks at all last season. I don't think they are wearing them this year. As for the Bills wearing white at home they really only do that in preseason and maybe the first home game if its week one. Since its hot out. They used to wear the white throwbacks at home sometime in Oct/Nov but never the current all-whites. My guess for the Jets game is blue over white or the all-blues. -

Sorry for your loss. I have gone through this as well. It's never easy. Dogs aren't pets. They are family.

The Bills can beat that offer. McClappy and a 2nd for Bill. They get a good regular season coach, and we get a HC who will win a championship with Allen.- 78 replies

Could be worse. We could have Tommy DeVito and run the ball every play.
