  1. I didn't know this, but Allen can tie Manning with a win tomorrow night. Allen’s chasing greatness in Week 3 by Cameron Anzalone Sep 16, 2025, 6:52 PM EDT Did you know Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has a 7-0 record on Thursdays? Between Thursday Night Football and three Thanksgiving contests, Allen has yet to lose a midweek contest. With a win versus the Miami Dolphins Allen would tie NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning for the second-most-consecutive Thursday wins in NFL history. Only current New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson and NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady (9 each) would hold longer streaks. Allen has thrown for 1,727 yards and 15 touchdowns to 6 interceptions across his seven Thursday starts. Six of the seven games were also played on the road. Allen’s personal achievement isn’t the only accolade to keep in the back of your mind during Thursday Night Football. The Bills can also extend their NFL-leading home (regular season) winning streak to 13 games by defeating a reeling Dolphins team in Highmark Stadium this week. If Buffalo wins to improve to 3-0, it will be the second-consecutive season the Bills start 3-0, and the team’s four such effort since 2017 https://www.buffalorumblings.com/buffalo-bills-analysis-all-22/116140/josh-allen-can-tie-a-peyton-manning-record-on-thursday-night
  2. Tyrod Taylor to start vs the Bucs UPDATE: Justin Fields (concussion) has been ruled out for the GAME, per Glenn. #Jets — Rich Cimini (@RichCimini) September 17, 2025
  3. They will most likely wear blue over white for the NO game especially since they are wearing the white rivalry jerseys for NE. Blue over white is the primary home look so it should be worn the most at home.
  4. Winning this game would be huge. 3-0 with B2B wins over divisional rivals. We would have 10 days to enjoy this win before the next game. Also, early season control of the division and this Sunday will be stress free just watching the other games play out knowing the Bills won their game. Of course, the Bills still need to take care of business Thursday night first.
  5. Benford is solid but after that we will see. I agree with you that LB could be a direction they go in as Milano can't seem to stay healthy. I would like to go WR in the 1st RD to continue to give Allen more weapons, but we will see next spring when it's time for the Draft.
  6. Or CB. The secondary needs help.
  7. Not surprising. They should still have no trouble winning this game without them. Next game after this is in 10 days vs the Saints so hopefully, they will be back by then.
  8. If I remember correctly the spread in that game was even larger than the 12.5 the Bills are favored in this one. Allen has improved his game since then limiting the turnovers. They can't take the Dolphins lightly tomorrow. I don't want a repeat of that Giants game where the Bills barely escaped with a win.
  9. Bosa must love playing his home games in front of fans who are rooting for him and his teammates. Probably never knew that feeling playing home games for the Chargers.
  10. This game against Miami reminds me of a game a couple of years ago in 2023 against the Giants on SNF. The game was in OP. Everybody thought the Bills were going to destroy the Giants. The Giants were a bad team and were decimated by injuries. The Giants ended up leading 6-0 at the half. They had a 9-7 lead in the 4th quarter before Allen rallied the Bills for a 14-9 win. This was a game that shouldn't have been close. I think the Bills win big Thursday night but the game against the Giants showed everyone to never take your opponent lightly.
  11. So last night the Yanks are up 10-1 in the 4th inning. Held on for the win 10-8. Bullpen is terrible. They will probably make the playoffs but #28 is not happening this year.
  12. I am not looking at the playoffs but with the Bills about to start a 3-game home stand I think 5-0 is very realistic. The Bills are better than the three teams coming to OP even though two of them are against divisional rivals. They have also been a monster at home during the Allen era. The Bills will eventually lose at home but to lose to one of these 3 teams coming up would be a major upset.
  13. I wonder what the over/under is for how many times the Bills "SHOUT" song gets played at Highmark on Thursday night.
  14. Divisional round or AFCCG which is a McDermott tradition
