Bills sign Latavius Murray to a one-year deal
PBF81 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
And BTW, think about how much time some of them spend chasing down the posts of others. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Again, whatever makes 'em happy. I'll play the villain if it does. -
Yeah, it should. I signed up for NFL+ though, went to get the A22, and it gave me an error notice saying that DAZN isn't supported in my country, which is the US obviously. So I cancelled it. Stunning that a corporation as large as the NFL with all of its resources can get a simple streaming thing down. Too busy making sure that their online gambling links are all working perfecty apparently.

The number of people that thrive on slamming others ... Makes more of a statement about the ones doing that than anything else. Why not simply relish an all but perfect game in its aftermath. LOL ... People are funny. And what, when Murray has 200 rushing yards and a pair of TDs at year's end, that's going to be called "significant?" Well, OK. 31 yards from scrimmage in a singular game against one of the easier Ds we'll face all season, in our home opener, which was a rout, doesn't exactly make me change my mind. It shouldn't do much for you either. -

LOL, ahhh, let him have his fun. Honestly tho, crowing ovet a 6 carry for 22 yards performance, and 2 more catches for 9 yards, against an bottom defense though? 31 yards-from-scrimmage. I still say that he adds nothing significant. Any number of dime-a-dozen RBs would have had a great game yesterday. Our offense was fantastic. Cook on the other hand ... No complaints on any aspects of the game. No team is perfect on any given Sunday, I'd be thrilled with that offensive performance every week. If people need to validate themselves by proving others wrong in isolated instances, hey, great. Whatever makes 'em happy. I'll play the part for that. LOL -
Having said that, if the offense continues to play as it has, and can, then we should be fine. Granted, not the best D we played against, and we had the energy of a home opener supporting us, but the OL seems to be coming together in ways we haven't seen on McD's watch, and this offense has sick potential. It's effective and fun to watch. Hopefully it continues to improve and plays well against the tougher D's on the schedule.

You can catch GR too via your phone.

Miami: 237 yards and 15 1st-Downs at the half.

Agree. Even his three picks last week weren't grossly inaccurate. They were simply all into tight double-coverage. The first, on 3rd-and-8, was no different than a punt had they failed on the conversion anyway. The middle one was the least accurate, but it wasn't like Wilson's throw directly to Milano.

Anyone park on the far side of ECC? If so, how was it?
-
Tough call. On one hand would love to see Belichick get as close to 0-17 as possible. On the other, NE isn't going anywhere, Miami may be, so a NE would be good for us.

Giants are going to be lucky to post a winning record.

@Beck Water ??

Exactly. Last week was the toughest that we will probably face, largely because on top of them being good we haven't solved their D yet, and the Raiders are low end. Overreactions on both ends. D has played very well today however. Having said that, Allen (IMO) will be fine. Let me know if you know anyone in the US that gets it. I know nothing about DAZN. I did visit some forums and LOTS of people there saying that there are unexplained issues with it.
-
How do you get All22? I signed up, but the DAZN said I was out of country (in the US) and couldn't use it, which is apparently required for A22. Thoughts?

What's said and reality aren't always perfectly matching. Just sayin'. BTW, so far our illustrious defense isn't looking so good further validating the point.

Jets LB fined for tripping during the OT punt return
PBF81 replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Apparently the masses had too much money in Vegas on the Bills. I'm joking, .... or am I. LOL -
I didn't say otherwise, I don't think. I was reacting to the notion that the D played well and all but perfectly when that's simply not true. But if the D doesn't allow Hall to go 83 on a "misalignment" (that clearly doesn't have anything to do with McD on a side note, ... sarcasm), then it's all a non-issue. The point of posting what I did was to show that holding the Jets to 16 in regulation is hardly some feat associated only with top defenses. To your point however, last season when we allowed them 12 points, we gifted them none. So there's that. As I said, five teams, most ranked nowhwere near our #2 ranking, held them to fewer than 12 points, three times also with no "gifted" turnovers, twice with 1 "gifted" turnover, both of those times in the 4th Qs well after those games were over. The Jets breached the 20 point mark in only 6 games last season. My point on Allen is that if he hits even one of those INT'd passes for a completion that results in a TD or long gain to set up a TD, then he's a hero that can "thread a needle like noone" and the conversation is completely different. Also, it's ironic to blame Allen when the only reason we've had winning records here, and four playoff wins, is entirely because of Allen. Anyone thinking that McD would have had this team making the playoffs regularly much less winning the division with the likes of the QBs w've had during the drought era has their reality clouded.

Ahh, ... here?

12 Personnel--How much will it be used today and going forward?
PBF81 replied to jahnyc's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tough to disagree with. Coaching. It's also puzzling that every season we seem to deploy a new, at least to one or other extents, offenses. And of course Allen never has the receiving "tools" that he needs. Apparently he needs the modern equivalent of Rice, Moss, and Gonzalez for some to think he has what he needs to be successful. -
Jimmy who?

I feel sorry for her. There's a very good article about the situation linked on the homepage. https://www.reviewjournal.com/sports/sports-columns/adam-hill/hill-spare-me-your-outrage-and-maybe-spare-bills-reporters-job-2905797/ I'm sure she's crushed over it. She's probably been crying frequently since it was put out. My question is who was so eager to put that out. Kind of a big nothing-burger that's been made into a mountain.

Yeah, everyone's a fan of their team and the play in general, but I know of few if any people that are fans of the NFL as an organization itself.
