Goodell: Looking to have an 18-game regular season.
BillsFooteball replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t like international game increase but of course expand the brand $$$. I’m on board with 18 game season only if you add exta bye week. Cut preseason down to 2 games. Super Bowl should always be Sunday before Presidents’ Day so next day is a holiday -

Taylor Rapp- saved two touchdowns. Major props to him as multiple times this year he has made game changing plays to prevent scores Entire o-line dominant -

Though jets are the biggest clown show organization I think Miami is in a worse spot. They consistently beat the teams they are supposed to beat and they end up just good enough to get in playoffs but never could beat a playoff team or win in cold weather which pretty big deal to make a real run lol. This team will never be a SB contender. Jets at least just going to blow it up (again) but this Miami team is stuck in that 9-10 win and zero threat to win it all -

11/10/24 Game 10 GAMEDAY! Bills at Colts Gameday Thread

I hope both Samuel and Phillips ball out and have a day and bills cruise to a victory. I do think it’s very reasonable to question Philips over Eli and calling up Hamler from practice squad but having him inactive for a banged up Samuel who to this point likely due to injury had been completely useless -

I’m thrilled!! 7-2 and running away with division! This isn’t a bash Samuel thread, as noted I think it’s all related to injury. I’m just thinking ahead with Coleman going down (hope not long) and Copper out today just need someone else to get a some separation and make a play. Hamler isn’t going to come in and crush it but would have to think he adds more value than a banged up Samuel.

Another game and another 0 logged for Curtis Samuel. This was someone I had very high expectations and was on my offseason wishlist. This has to be a result of injury and not talent drop off. Unfortunately it’s so bad where he truly is unplayable. He needs to go on IR. He is completely ineffective playing banged up. I still believe healthy he can be an asset later in season. Time being easy replacement (anything is upgrade at this point) K.J. Hamler.

Week 9, Fish v. Bills, GAME BALLS!
BillsFooteball replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m going to go a bit off here and give credit to the player I consistently advocate to ride the bench, Hamlin. A guy I can’t stand seeing in coverage and the angles he takes with slow speed has set me off many times this year to replace him. Todays defense was all about missing tackles. It was horrible game for several guys on the defense and poor tackling was a large reason. Hamlin lead the team with 8 solo tackles. Normally this comes from open guys downfield but really today he was cleaning up a lot today on the backend. Far from star of game but I was pleased with him today -

Same here. Miserable weather and game and I only go to one a year so it was really disappointing. Up until the ravens game this year, the colts disaster started that regular season streak of 40+ games where the bills didn’t lose a game by over 6 points.
