Buddy Hacket, now there is a blast from the past. He still alive? I remember a line from one of his last HBO shows where he was talking about Bob Newhart or Carson or someone and he says 'he's so classy he gets out of the shower to take a piss. Now that's class!'. Funny funny guy. I've never been impressed with Dane. I don't care enough about him to hate him or go out of my way to put him down, but I've never really found him funny. There are a ton of no-name comedians on the Comedy Channel funnier than him.

Agree with everything you say. I'd add that Greene is only a lock for the first round for a team that doesn't need him right away and can afford to wait a year or two to have him develop, Like you say he needs to come back to work on his inside game. He does that and he could vastly improve his draft position. And I'm beginning to wonder if Harris would make it in the NBA. He's got some physical talent but when going against better players his skills are neutralized and he looks very, very average. And he has the basketball I.Q. of your cat. Just when you think the guy is turning the corner and is about to dominate, he instead falls to pieces. Very frustrating player. Onuaku= too raw. Definitely needs another year.

What's been bugging me is how Widmore could have known that 815 crashed on the island. Unless he has spies on the island for all he knew 815 did crash in the ocean, so why go to all the trouble to stage the fake? It had to have taken time and money to make that happen. Michael saw footage of the staged crash while he was back in civilization, so Widmore couldn't have found out about 815 survivors from him. The only thing that makes sense is that Widmore has spies on the island that predate the people from the freighter. Either that or he just knew somehow that the island wanted the plane and whoever survived it.

This one doesn't add up for me either. Why does Richard not appear to age, but Ben did age? Remember Ben was a teenage kid when his Dad dragged him to the island.

Just finished 'The Good Rat' by Jimmy Breslin. Interesting read based upon the testimony of a Jewish businessman who was "connected" in the trial against two corrupt NY policemen who did mob killings. Lots of tidbits thrown in about Gotti and other known mob characters. Donnie Brasco gets a mention. Currently reading 'Standard of Honor', the second Knight Templar novel by Jack Whyte. Great author who did a fantastic job with King Arthur lore in his Camulod novels.

I read Childhood's End last week. Another good one. RIP Sir Clarke
