This happened to me today. Called to get it straightened out but when the first rep spoke to me I didn't even bring up the messed up bill, just told her I wanted to cancel so I would get Retention because they can straighten the bill out much faster than a regular rep. She passed me to Retention and the guy I spoke with took about 10 minutes to figure out that my original rep who was supposed to enter in the code for the free ticket punched in the wrong one. He credited everything back to the account to fix. I said what else could you do since I had to take the time to call when you guys screwed up. He gave the account another $50 credit.

They ain't getting those guys, but I would take Cousins in a heart beat.

Made the call today. Got a really nice lady in retention and we chit chatted about how expensive everything is getting these days, etc. Never threatened to outright cancel, just that I was considering it. Ended up getting the Ticket free, $15 off for a year, and Showtime free for 3 months that will automatically drop off without me having to do a thing. This makes the 4th year in a row getting the Ticket free. Thank you DirecTV!

Was listening to the recent Hollywood Babble-On and in the news segment they were riffing on the Bon Jovi petition started by Bills fans trying to get businesses, etc to ban his music. There was a good-natured jab at the Bills fan base when someone in the audience spoke up saying "Give the Bills a break' and Garman agrees and gives the Bills a little love. Here's the thing, history teaches us that of those 6 elite prospects maybe 2 will actually turn out to be elite, 2 will turn out to be pretty good to good, and 2 will turn out to be good to busts. Trading up is for suckers.

Don't care about contract. If the Bills are smart Fred has a spot on this team for as long as he wants until he decides to retire, then they should immediately offer him a coaching job.

Not to mention the Dolphins knew they had to win to have a good chance to make the playoffs. They should have been as amped up for this game than any game they played this year and the Bills shut them down. Anyone bored by this game is just some video game football fan who wants to see constant scoring. If you appreciate the whole game then watching our defense smack Miami around was a thing of beauty.

Running the offense fast or slow isn't the problem. Being predictable is the problem. When a defense knows you almost always going to go run-run-pass you're putting yourself at a serious disadvantage.
