As long as Coach P is here, SU will win some games they should lose, lose some games they should win, and pretty much be mediocre. Just like every year. He could have All-Americans at every position yet still find a way to confuse his players with his 5,000 page long playbook. The concept 'just line up and punch the other team in the mouth' is lost on him.
THAT'S for friggin' sure. Wouldn't let my own son play at SU under it's current coach. That's also why I wouldn't let him go to Penn State either. Joe Pa is 5 years past his expiration date.
So he chose Penn State over Florida, Florida State, Louisville, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas ?
May be a gifted athlete, but obviously not the brightest bulb in the box.
Over Manning, Brees, Green, and even Brady?
I'm a Big Ben fan (desperately wanted the Bills to move up and draft him) but he doesn't quite deserve the nod this year. Not to worry though, he'll be going to plenty of pro-bowls in the future.
Have YOU been watched Roethlisberger more than once? He has the field presence of a seasoned veteran, is able to avoid the rush pretty well, and has a cannon for an arm which was displayed last week when he hit Randel-El for 3 or 4 long passes. Not to mention he's been missing his 2nd best receiver in Burress for 5 games now. Not to mention Pittsburgh would rather pound the ball then pass most times anyway.
Anyone calling Roethisberger a joke should look down, 'cuz the joke is in his hand.
Reed. I love Moulds but it seems he can only score a long touchdown if he catches a deep ball. Reed could catch a 5 yard slant and dodge defenders for 50 yds all the way to the endzone. Man those were fun to watch.
To protect them from the exploitation of the evil owners. Why if it wasn't for the union all those poor NHL players would be earning minimum wage and forced to buy all their own equipment.

But look at Coach P's graduation rates! Yeah, he has high graduation rates because his players rarely leave early for the NFL, if they get drafted at all. Give me a 30% graduation rate because juniors are leaving early for the pros anyday.
:I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Coach P.
Totally agree. That's part of the problem with Pasqueloni, always trying to be cute with formations. There's one where he has the whole line line up 5 yards away then shift back over right before the snap. Just line up and play football ya jackass!
If he isn't fired in the next week or two, at least we only gotta deal with him for one more season. Barring a national title run, there is no way the new AD keeps him around after the 2005 season.
We'll go through this crap year after year until they pull their collective heads out of their collective asses.
Oh but wait, the Massengill Feminine Wash Bowl is on. Gotta go watch that!
