  1. yes he did, vs. NYG to spoil the perfect season. NE only put up 14 points after scoring at will all year yes he did. see my NYG post above. the NASCAR package was real
  2. The contain rush that we employed to great success against them in the regular season then completely abandoned to disastrous results for some reason in the playoffs 😭
  3. This isn't sarcastic - how was his personnel when he was with those teams? Did they have studs across the board? Or is he an Aaron Kromer type on the DLine? If so I am highly intrigued
  4. Agreed. It would be a tragic waste and misallocation of resources. Unless we're creating so much cap space that we could fit Garrett, Crosby, and DK Metcalf in on top of Holland 🤣
  5. McD thrives developing day 3 picks and overlooked players on the second & third levels (Milano, Taron Johnson, Benford, Poyer, Hyde, Rapp) and can't develop day 1/2 DLine picks into more than kinda nice players but have underperformed or merely performed up to their lofty draft status (Oliver/Rousseau), JAGs (Epenesa/Phillips), or complete busts (Basham/Carter). Zero difference makers on premium picks on the DL. The only DL difference makers we've had is a massive FA swing Von for 10.5 games pre-injury and DaQuan Jones pre-London injury. Compared with several hits on day 3 / low risk FA's in the secondary. Spend tons of resources on high end DLine veterans, spend day 3 picks & low risk FA $ on the secondary and I think you end up with both.
  6. Yes, Quinyon Mitchell & Cooper DeJean were the best CB & best safety in the draft this past year, it was the Eagles' weakness, and they both fell right into their lap. Pretty insane luck honestly
  7. If you include him in the Myles Garrett package it's not a hole at all!
  8. Groot, #62, #108, #179, our 2026 & 2027 firsts for Cleveland's 2026 & 2027 2nds and Myles Garrett Oliver, #30, next year's third for Crosby Draft a 3T like Darius Alexander at #56 Draft a big ass space filler 1T at #131 Sign solid/unspectacular veteran 3T & 1T for mentorship. take 2 corners & a safety with remainder of day 3 picks. DGAF what they do with anything else
  9. Garrett & Crosby incoming!! Otherwise it's not happening
  10. Philadelphia to score in all 4 quarters+175 KC under 17.5 +285
  11. Key variable here: "they've all seemed to hit" you sure you want to bank on Beane's ability to hit on a day 1/2 DLine pick? Basham, AJ, Carter... Oliver at #9...
  12. I can't find measurements anywhere so maybe won't know until the combine but I keep seeing that Tyliek has short arms. IMO that's the main reason Oliver disappears in big moments, if he doesn't get a great jump he's easily held at bay. Love Tyliek's size but if he's under 32" arm length I might be out. Open to hearing from more people in the know on that though, because he's highly intriguing to me. Almost a perfect fit at #30 otherwise.
  13. If Beane passed on a more modest trade up for Specimen X Brian Thomas Jr. last year because he entered the draft focused on "recouping their third rounder" then traded up even further for YAC-lord Burton or a speed slot like Egbuka this year I will call for his resignation immediately.
  14. Yeah a small trade up for Brian Thomas Jr. vs. the Keon/DeWayne Carter combo was definitely the added element that could have taken the offense to a point where they could put up 40 on KC at Arrowhead. We know Reid is gonna shart on our defense in the playoffs. Gotta be able to put up 40.
  15. I like the thought but seems like a personality clash and McD's insecurity wouldn't allow it to work the way it should in theory
  16. my thoughts exactly. The O-Line has been insanely healthy the past two years. Buckle up next year 😭
  17. his game is basically guessing the snap and getting a massive jump if he's right, an Offside penalty if he isn't. His sack at the end of that game was a microcosm of his entire career, very high vol. Glad it worked out on that play! Wish it ultimately made a difference 😭
  18. 320+ lb DT's aplenty at end of R1 & on on day 2, need to walk away with 2 of them plus a WR like Savion Williams or Jalen Royals
  19. Agreed, DLine needs the overhaul, McDermott's strength is developing quality to elite d-backs. DLine can never get home when it matters, spend all the resources there.
  20. And he was a 24 year old rookie 🤣
  21. It was also a completely stacked TE class. Trade back and draft 2 was the move, just like Elam's CB class and Sammy Watkins' WR class and we did the opposite each time, SMDH
  22. unless it's Elam getting handsy, then it's an auto flag 😭
  23. Posting this just means that now we're due 😭 Please delete this before Mahomes' black magic god sees it!
  24. Me too but he's on the Eagles now 😭
