  1. The problem is that when you're "winning ugly" vs crappy teams, you get exposed, and beat down, when you play good teams. I think you probably already know this. πŸ˜‰
  2. Great post. Can't wait to hear from the McD apologists. πŸ™„
  3. Because..."innocent until proven guilty?" Too many times cases like these are a "he said, she said" situation. Don't know if that's the case here because details are scant, but until we know more details, that's why there's little "outrage."
  4. It took over THREE YEARS for the local prosecutors to investigate this alleged crime & bring charges!? That sounds legit. πŸ™„
  5. Gotta think golfing puts more stress on that elbow than a flag football game. Source: I am a golfer and I occasionally throw a football.
  6. OP is spot on, but the absolute bottom line is that if the Pegulas don't feel like most of the people in here, then nothing will change, and we'll be seeing the same annual results until they do feel like us.
  7. Maybe a ref on the other side of the field saw it hit the ground?
  8. No catch...just like the Eagles no catch early in that game.
  9. Only SIX MORE Super Bowl wins to go! πŸ˜‰
  10. Boomer E. Is such a Bengals homer....so predictable. LOL
  11. So I had hoped that the 49ers were going to win this game, because I despise Philadelphia & their fans, LOL, but once Purdy went down, their chances dropped to about 10%. Even with a healthy Purdy, Eagles probably still would have won. Couple things though: 1) The refs seemed to be on the Eagles side all day, even on that roughing the kicker call in the 3rd qtr, you could make the argument that the Niner was pushed into the kicker. The missed call on the 4th down drop by the Eagles receiver was huge early on too. SF had no real time to challenge it either; the "upstairs NFL crew" should have stopped the game and got it right. Can't blow calls like that in championship games (with today's technology). 2) They really need to outlaw the pushing from behind by other players in order to advance a runner. Yes, I know we did it too for Josh, but I'm sick of it...is this rugby? πŸ˜‚
  12. I don't really think it's that bizarre. It's not brain surgery or rocket science out there. It is not surprising that fans who have been watching the NFL for decades, AND paying close attention, are very knowledgeable about the topics you cite above.
  13. I betcha people thought that the storied franchises in Baltimore & Cleveland would never pack up and move either, but....they did. Remember? To Einstein: "...in 20 years." Hmm, Terry is in his 70s, and...
  14. "....because it does not need to be discussed." Says who? Is freedom of speech still a thing in this country, or is western NY now living under a communist regime? πŸ€”πŸ™„
  15. Since it appears that they're not making any significant coaching changes, I highly doubt it.
  16. Thanks a lot for doing the work on this. I surmise another word for player development is coaching. πŸ˜‰
  17. I strongly disagee with the OP's assessment here. Once Damar was out of danger, and "OK", that should have inspired them, especially his appearance in the locker room before the Begals game. The old, "Win one for the gipper" deal. Had he died, or stayed in a coma, now that might.....might.....have been a *good* excuse for the Bills to have lost their focus. As it was, as has been noted many times in here since last Sunday, the whole organization, from top to bottom, was woefully unprepared for the game. And it seems like most players didn't give a 100% effort and/or care about winning. Milano came right out and admitted it. πŸ™„
  18. From what I saw, Shakir looked pretty good, but seems like they hardly ever went to him.
  19. Wut?! Pretty sure the Eagles had that distinction. The minute the Bills lost to the Fish, their stock started going down, then the Jets loss continued the decline, and the choke job vs the Vikings sealed it...they were a good team, with many flaws. Looking back at it, how they strung together that winning streak going in to the post season was astounding, since anybody with eyes, and who has been watching NFL football for a while, realized that they were pretenders, and nowhere as good as their record was...and barely getting wins against weaker opponents.
  20. Yep, 100% spot on. Even lovable Kramer got fired on Seinfeld from that downtown office job, and he wasn't even on the payroll! LOL
  21. Yep, especially if Mahomes is not at 100%.
  22. Yep, people are strange, for sure. Only a suspicious mind would dream up stuff like this!
