Allen playing with broken hand all along???
Dillenger4 replied to The 9 Isles's topic in The Stadium Wall
On almost every radio network. WGR talked about it many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many times. Sal C reported it. Go look for it.... The day he started handing off the ball with his throwing hand they said it's broken. If you didn't hear this than you def are not tuned in. -
Allen playing with broken hand all along???
Dillenger4 replied to The 9 Isles's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes, we know this. It's been reported all season. -
I hear ya - but they looked mediocre yesterday. Their O is not a powerhouse and Russ can turn the ball over. But yes, they are a tough team for sure!
-
Baltimore looked good yesterday but lamar can be... Lamar. Beatable. It's KC who scared me yesterday! With DHop and Hollywood making catches all over the field. They truly have an "everybody eats" mentality now. Pacheco, Hunt can run the ball. Kelce is Kelce. Their D plays hard. We will see but KC is no joke. They are getting healthy and ramped up. Houston is all but done now without Diggs and Tank Dell. Steelers took a punch yesterday. It's KC, Bills and Balt. Anyones AFC IMO.

Weapons of Mass Production on The Bills Offense
Dillenger4 replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ty Johnson is nowhere near "all but forgotten" by the Bills or Brady. He has been a consistent contributor and back-up to Cook. Last season he made one of the game winning catches vs Miami week 17. He consistently makes plays for us when called upon. We call him "Freddie" in my house because he is similar to Fred Jackson in that Freddie was used sparsely at the beginning of his time with the Bills. But every time he touched the ball, fans would freak out as he was powerful! Ty is the same. Brady will be using him a lot more moving forward. How can you not? -
I don't care if he plays hurt or healthy - we will beat them into submission. Pitt will destroy them on Xmas too. It is down to Buffalo, Pitt and Balt for the AFC crown. I tend to think it's the Bills vs Eagles in the bowl.

Mahomes is the definition of: PUTZ let him play.... who cares... they are nothing to us!

Allen to X-Ray room (says he's fine; just being cautious)
Dillenger4 replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
No Spencer Brown for a while. No Josh for a while. I guess I'm fine with that as we are in the playoffs already. Mike White... calling Mike White. -
watch him (Mack) right before the final on-side kick last night. Lions are lining up, tension is high, I'm literally stressed and freaking out - and there was mack Hollins.... dancing! Getin down! before the ball was kicked. I mean... holy chill!!!!

Ty Johnson baby! -
I'm starting to think it's the way it is in the NFL especially with our team. The Rams have a good offense and so do the Lions. They are gonna score their points. Maybe we just have to accept it and hope our O can out duel the other side like yesterday.

Is this worst weekend day of the year for sports?

Taking the fatbike for another trail ride. Frozen dirt, icy creeks, 40km of paincave... getting ready for the big game tomorrow! -
Not a bad thought. Cincy... but they likely won't make it. I bet Miami makes it. Either way - it's the Steelers that worry me. They are tough, playing well. If they squash KC on Xmas day then the rest of the world will begin to see. My bet on Fanduel is Steelers win AFC.
-
Hot take: Miami makes the playoffs. Steelers win the AFC
-
True - but Big Ben had a Defense! The Steelers are always built around a tough D. They can get to the QB, and defend on the corners. The Bills have a weak D. Full stop. No pass rush, questionable corners, poor depth at most spots and it shows. Our D this year is worse than last year IMO. Starting safeties are weak, CB is an issue, our LB's are small or "hurt" and our DL is invisible. Let's see what happens this week vs the Lions. If they kill us... we are done in the playoffs and this year was truly the reset mirage that was expected.
-
Oud D is getting ripped in the media this week and I'm sure hoping Bobby boy and McD put some pressure on them to win one for the Joshipper! Maybe we see Ingram start. Maybe Hyde plays a few series over Hamlin (example). But something has to change.
-
So true! But yesterday was a bad look for the Bills D. The Rams are good. Heck, they may even get to the NFCC game as they are getting healthy and had a very slow, injured start. If Detroit rolls us... and I think they will, we will finally know that this was indeed a "rebuild" year. IMO the Steelers, Baltimore and KC are very tough games in the playoffs for our D. KC was without pacheco when we won this year. We will see... but i ahve always thought our D is the swiss cheese.

Fire McD and Hire Belichek after we lose AGAIN in the playoffs

Our D sucks. end thread. -
Detroit will curb stomp our D. No chance our D stops them.

McD will be the scapegoat to hide the real issue this week
Dillenger4 replied to Cray51's topic in The Stadium Wall
We ran into a good offensive team. Puka, Cupp, Stafford and pretty good O line. Our D was outmatched! Plain and simple. I posted this last week while most were discussing the upcoming Lions game. I said the Rams are tough and our D needed to step it up for this game. They didn't even come close. The Lions will also torch us. Our D.. once again... played like a swiss cheese bunch of lamoids.
