Yardage Predictions for Bills Receivers in 2024
Dillenger4 replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love the optimism in this thread! Go Bills baby! And I love Shakir. But no way in cold Buffalo is Shakir sniffing 1000 yards receiving this season. He's a good slot receiver. Beane has built a room full of good WR's on the cheap. It's actually a smart way to build the team. But what it means is we will be spreading the ball and the wealth of catches to all of them. My list is as follows: Kincaid - 800 Samuel - 650 Coleman - 600/650 Shakir - 600 Knox - 450 Cook - 350 Ty Johnson - 300 Davis - 200 MVS - 350/400 The best part is this: Our RB's will have a record season in rushing! All three of them. Pound it baby! Get up early and pound the rock is what Brady is famous for. Bank it. GO BILLS! -
I'm really starting to love this WR room. We quietly got better
Dillenger4 replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Love the post and I agree with OP. Our room is better - on paper. The big question I have is will our O line hold up this season? Losing Morse isn't a good thing. Josh was under pressure during games when the game was close and on the line way too much. It's the O line and how Brady counters that will exhibit how our season goes. I expect a running game to mask the ills until our WR corps can gel later in the season. -
Von Miller/Epenesa/Groot.......over/under 20 combined sacks??
Dillenger4 replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great point. Smoot is a stout, strong DE that is flying under the radar this year with Bills fans. He was a great signing! The "rotation" get's us over 20 no doubt. -
Pearl Jam in Europe. I mean, he already had the tix. What's he supposed to do?

Do think Beane will make any trades before week 1?
Dillenger4 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, no trades for you. -
Is this the guy that we heard about that in a private practice threw Dawkins to the side 3 times in a row and Dion freaked out. Then he and McGovern - Gabe rag dolled him with one move. Josh was busted 4 times straight. Is this the guy?? He can do 100 stride jumps with his eyes closed - in 9 seconds!!! Or was that the guy from Dune 2?

What to do with the post June $10 M that will be available
Dillenger4 replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love your enthusiasm but I just don't see it. At all. We brought in Samuel and MVS and Hollins. We have Shakir and two great TE's. Our RB room has weapons. I can't see them bringing in another WR to add to the pile. Just not happening. With Josh and the list I listed, we have weapons enough to score 20ish every game. What we need is a D that finally stop the other good teams. Remember the Giants and Broncos games last season???? With a D we win both those easily. We lost one and barely held on vs the Giants. Our D is the issue. Chiefs walked it down our throats... thank goodness Josh and the boys could score at will too. -

Either stay patient and hold the $, or if you can swing a stud get us a good pass rusher. -
I agree. I love Ty Johnson and think he will see more touches this season. He can run hard between the tackles, and when he get's to open field he has speed and power! Cook is elite. Hoping Ray Ray can add some short yardage pounding! Overall, we have a great RB room and these guys will play a significant role in our offense this year.

Anybody been to a game in Miami? Worth going?
Dillenger4 replied to DCofNC's topic in The Stadium Wall
I went once and had a blast. Bills won in OT. But I will say this - it's a rough area! We stayed in Hollywood at the Hard Rock Hotel. "Interesting" people lurking around as it had a casino. Gameday tailgating was actually awesome! But the Miami fans were brutal. Kind of a scummy atmosphere IMO. I felt unsafe at times. Hollywood FLA is quite a hole. Just my 2 cents. I mean unsafe as in low lifes around everywhere you go. Unhealthy street druggies. -

Marquez Valdes-Scantling meeting with the Bills (UPDATE: Signed)
Dillenger4 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
MVS will light it up with Josh. Coleman - we are ALL gonna love him. Samuel - underrated bigtime. RayRay - pounder baby! Cook - nuff said. Shakir - excellent depth. Kincaid - Nuff said. Hamler - now this is the x spot. If he or Claypool rise - look out. Knox - blocker! Starters: MVS! Coleman, Shakir, Samuel, Kincaid, Knox, Cook, RayRay, Ty J, x spot. Pretty sweet. Now if the D stays healthy look the F out!!! This team will win the SB. Depth. Pounders. Tough. Win. Go BILLS! -
WR trade candidates, who do you want?
Dillenger4 replied to Einstein's Dog's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think MVS is a good choice - if we can ever get him. He's fast, very strong which will compliment Coleman and Knox. He can run deep routes - but considering our O isn't built around that, he runs the intermediate tree very, very well. With Shakir, Samuel, Kincaid and MVS on the field - we would be unstoppable. Then we pound and grind out the large lead with RayRay and Cook and Ty. Boom baby. One can dream. Only if we can get a guy like MVS. -
Love it - GO BILLS! Miami will want to kill us bad after last season... so let's see the pounding Bills pound the Tua led jokes
-
I count 10 wins.
-
He will have another decent season. His blocking is good! With our "new" pound-it offense and running attack Knox will have a bigger role this season. He is good in the redzone.

NFL Ref John Parry joins NFL team (Update: It’s the Bills!)
Dillenger4 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's confirmed - The Bills. Interesting hire. -
Ya, I hear ya. But keep in mind we did the same for the past few seasons. Sherfield, Harty etc last season. Brown and McKenzie before that. And on and on... no world beaters but we seem to end up in the playoffs every season. If our D could only stay healthy for one frickin season we would possibly be SB champs by now. Our running game is stronger and yes, I listed Kincaid and Knox for a reason: I don't care what position they line up at. It's the new NFL... hit the open weapon. Just like, ahem, KC has been for years.
-
Dude what your problem? You sound like a school girl. How about: Coleman, Samuel, Shakir, Kincaid, Knox, Cook, Ty Johnson camp battle?!? Not good enough for you? If Claypool comes in with a mature attitude and Josh can actually hit someone with speed for once, maybe we will have another weapon. If not, we fine bruh!!!

Jacksonville releases Zay Jones. Homecoming?
Dillenger4 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Samuel, Coleman, Shakir and you guessed it: Mack Hollins. With Josh throwing to him his NFL YPG average of 42ypg last season should go up to roughly 55. That's good for a #4/#4 WR. Let Samuel, Coleman and Shakir do the heavy lifting, Hollins blocking and catching 45-55 yds, Cook and Kincaid and Knox. Ty Johnson... we have too many weapons. Oh nooooo. Now what? We r fine boys... -
Bang on OP! I agree. I think we have the weapons to do some damage. Hopefully Brady can evolve this year and our D steps up now that we have some depth. Would love a DE/pass rusher in the next few weeks in FA.

Jevon Baker - WR. That's our guy.
