Been a fan over 30 years, over 90% of my life...

36 for me. My team no matter how mad or disappointed I am. -
Agree. It was basically this.... "you think you know who we are, well we're this for tonight...surprise" Buffalo just stuck with what worked and almost figured KC wouldn't be able to stop it. Sorry scrap that. Buffalo did change one thing. Cook was a beast, so in the last drive they chose not to use him. That'll trick KC

I agree 100% with you. Maybe not 6-8 but why not? I think the goal is to keep them relevant and keep the records going. Mahomes is the face of the NFL. Lamar is the MVP and everyone else are basically supporting cast members. I have literally lost all my faith in the NFL. I still don't think it's totally fixed but I sure as hell think gambling and other factors have swayed the game.

Washington Post Article on the Unique Suffering of Bills Fans

What about married guys? Wrong thread? -
I think Josh said what he needed to for Coleman to feel welcome. Perhaps he also said it because he knew they weren't in the position to get one of the top guys. But no one is going to convince me that Coleman was his top pick. I really think he stole that one from Ty Johnson. Great catch but it wasn't to Coleman. at least that's what it looked like to me.

Haha. I was wondering what you were saying and tried hard to think of something but all I could come up with was what my son says to me anytime I talk. My apologies. Well it was over text. He's mad at me now because my not all joyful and all about the draft and next season. It's too soon. I'm not saying I'm right or he's wrong but man give a dude a minute. He's all about Josh going to the pro bowl and recruiting and such. I didn't even what to entertain the thought that Josh would even need to recruit. I have to tell him now that Josh is hurt and won't be going.

A couple buddies that I chat with durning games (we live in different areas of the country) kept saying "have faith". And I get it, we really don't know (but I think we kind of do) this is the 6th year in a row, 4th year by KC. At this point I'd rather have smart game plans and a better defense than faith. K

The Chiefs are always one step ahead of the Bills...

Im Happy with Josh. He's as good as Mahomes. The problem is he has the coaches he has. drafting has been an issue scheme has been an issue- 100 replies

Would you watch a "Consolation" Bowl?
Goin Breakdown replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
We're 3rd best yayyyyy. No -
I agree. McD sure has a process and he trusts it so much he will not deviate much. It shocked the sports world when we played Baltimore different. Did McD use his creative load on that game. Did he buy into the hype that KC is "struggling offensively"?
-
Other- Coaching change is High risk; however Josh is the reason we're winning games while coaching is a big reason we're losing the big games Also if the process we are supposed to trust is THIS then it sucks and my trust is running very thin. Give him another year, sure, one more and then If things don't change I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt.

I'm still mad. So mad me says I hope so.

I know what you're saying but I truly believe that KC is an even bigger monster than the Pats when it's all said and done. There is nothing that makes it look like KC will lose its grip anytime soon. Imagine worthy progressing and you know they'll get quality WRs very soon. Plus their coaches play chess when we all play candy land.
-
When we went for 2 the first time I said to my son "this will bite us in the end". KC went for 2 and got it. We went for two again and didn't. That's 3 points. It's all the little things that lose these games. Maybe a blow out would hurt less but it's little things like this and standing there watching dudes run by, or groot falling at Mahomes feet in pursuit of him. It's baffling. I know ball spotting was.....spotty, the 4th down Qb sneak that "failed" and the worthy "catch" was questionable too. All around it just piles up to an undisciplined mess. I can blame everyone and no one at the same time because it has just been so much to take in.
-
How the hell do you block no one. I swear KC is in these dudes heads. This sucks to see

How many years left on the “run”
Goin Breakdown replied to iwishitwerecolder's topic in The Stadium Wall
What does it matter? Doesn't KC have to decline a lot for it to even matter what we do. Watch out for the bangles and ravens next year too. -
Other than the thought of trading him, I understand at least what you're saying about Josh as the person/player.
-
Josh's legacy will be Bad Timing. Made the Bills relevant. Gave the city and the fans hope. Too bad it was at the same time as the KC surge. Seriously KC is going back next year too and multiple times after. This is more than what the pats were.

Still cracks me up that we gave Mahomes to the Chiefs
Goin Breakdown replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mahomes with this team is no different than Josh with this team and by team I'm including coaching staff and FO. -
For sure. The last 3 fora rounders are average to below average. I'm not knee jerking when I say this but we don't need Coleman. Elam can he let go asap and Kincaid has been very average. I'm just embarrassed that the team couldn't break away from their tendencies OR at least understand that the Chiefs would be smart enough to recognize and stop Buffalo from doing those things. QB sneak to the left, Josh rolling to the right. Not dialing many pass plays past the LOS and so on. Anyway I'm going to stop now. What do I know

What are you doing to get out of this funk?
Goin Breakdown replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yesterday hurt pretty bad. At the end of the day it is just a game. yes the Superbowl is a goal we'd all like but it's not the most important thing in life. just stay away from sports media for a while. That might help -
Having Josh masks a lot of issues
