  1. Ok so sticking with the 1 year deal at the end of your career kinda guys
  2. Unless it's lying about lying. Then believe away. But don't actually
  3. I actually agree with a lot of what you're saying here. This is where I get torn in regards to how I feel, or perhaps indecisive (so I'm glad it's not my choice)- Coaching I believe McD develops players very well, but I feel like for the most part he hasn't wanted to deviate from his philosophy. His defense struggles against good QBs and in the playoffs. This is something we all know and have seen so I'll just leave it at that. It does seem that perhaps there is a shift in scene coming in the form of a little more man vs man, so we'll see. You mentioned about being upstanding. That got me thinking about Bill Belicheck and then got me thinking about 13 seconds. Bills was/ is a master at finding loopholes. I so wished that McD would have told one of our DBs to get physical or hold (at the LOS) on one of the first plays with 13 seconds left. Run a little clock and see what KC was doing. Idk maybe that's not a great plan but neither was lining up giving 10 yard cushions all the time. basically I'm just glad it's not up to me but I do think most of the issues Buffalo has have to do with philosophy and in game decisions. And then sprinkle in some bad contracts (Von) and draft misses (Elam, and I really think Coleman is going to end up in the same category. Hope I'm wrong though).
  4. Ohh gotcha. Sorry I don't live on this thing. He's your answer from me at least. It's not my job to evaluate players based on their pay scale and performance. I don't set those bars and if you ask me most of these dudes get paid way too much. And the original point was not pay and performance it was "who wanted it more". I'm not going to apologies for thinking our Bills want it just as much. Perhaps it's just a raw talent issue and not heart. Perhaps Bean and McD can't evaluate talent as well as other teams idk. But to your point. Allen plays his heart out in the playoffs. Cook played his part. Shakir played great. We really don't have a ton of elite guys. Beane bargain shops. Coaches coach them up pretty well I might say. They made it to the afc championship game after all. So maybe a good half the team played above their contracts. Idk none of this is probably what you want to read. I'm going to guess, my response is going to be met with more arguing tone and "I'm waiting" bravado so really does it matter what I think?
  5. None of us have a choice but to wait. It's what we do as fans I suppose.
  6. How do we quantify who wants it more? I get the disappointment but to say Buffalo didn't want it as much as KC or the Eagles mostly likely is incorrect.
  7. So the team gets a negative grade on something that wasn't even in their power to control? Not that I care exactly.
  8. I'm such a child. I get more distracted by "misleading title" title than I do the fact that a title may have in fact been misleading.
  9. So are we to maybe assume that worthy wasn't a football player? I guess maybe there a chance that Buffalo didn't think KC was taking him and thought we could get him later idk. who knows!
  10. Didn't McD just say that he knows 0.0 about WRs prior to combine? I understand we have scouts but maybe this kind of needs to change a little. I mean at least have some knowledge of some of these guys. Idk
  11. Isn't this called the Sunday ticket and costs like 400 bucks. Screw that. Greedy ass league. Ant even afford eggs and they want to soak us for watching games. NFL used to be a break from all the BS in life. Seems like they just want to be a part of the BS
  12. I've always been a loner and yet felt alone. Now married I'm still a loner and still feel alone.
  13. Yep and for the most part it really does seem like fans have a grasp on who would be a good prospect. I know GMs do a lot of work and I know a lot of fans have some hot takes but when it come to drafting players we all end up seeing things pretty much the same.
  14. Honestly I rely on you guys to get me informed. I'll be interested in watching some of the names that pop up here.
  15. I hear ya. Ton of money for injury and suspensions with Von. Yeah he's done. I'm guessing he gets let go. You're right. We can hope. I'm sure we'll do something though.
  16. Although he was avoiding being sacked on his fumble play. Up until that point it was silly how elusive he was.
  17. I say let Coleman go. He's asking too much.
  18. And we trust this office to draft impact Dlineman that's for sure.
  19. We will probably be in the same boat. Statistics alone say it's hard to make it and win a superbowl. Couple that with KC and a stacked AFC, the chances of Buffalo winning the big one isn't always going to be as close as it may seem. There's a chance, yes
  20. This point always gets me when I think about it. You've got McD who is known for his defensive intelligence yet they can't seem to draft elite talent. It can be said that "elite talent doesn't just make itself known or guarantied". I get that. It can be said that McD doesn't have a say in the draft, but that's not true. Maybe we're just better at developing and not recognizing? Idk. I can't even say that's true or false. Maybe it just comes down to luck.
