Not to argue or anything. I did read some comments along the line of "if your not first your last" and so on. I don't agree with participation trophies but I also don't think the whole season is a waste either. (Not saying you do). The whole participation comment is basically saying anyone who can see positives in the season is soft. That how I read it.

We'll you can tell your friend, no one wants that trophy, but just because you weren't the 1st seed doesn't mean you suck either.

OP, I have to disagree with much of this based on KC having an elite OL, Coach, TE, better running game and so on. I do understand what you are saying , but without those things mentioned, I just can't get behind this. I do respect your thoughts and where you are going. Another thing to consider is that they had already won a SB. I think this gives a team some freedom to take chances. The team, fans, and NFL community now see you as a successful team and tend to trust what's going on. As much as I love Allen, he just doesn't have the support around him that Mahomes does. You can't take Diggs away right now.
