I apologize. I wasn't clear. I meant Joe Ferguson took too many hits. So, I think Joe Biden is cognitively ok. He's unsteady and feeble bodied but I think his mind is sound. I wouldn't put great odds on him living thru another term. His body looks shot.

Know nothing about meteorology and little about climate science. But ocean temps in the 90's can't be good in many ways. I lived thru one big hurricane in Louisiana as a kid. Pretty damn scary.
