Remember that kickoff is 7:15 PM.

I am not old enough to remember the AFL. I have clear top games, though. 1. Buffalo 41 - Houston 38. During the game, I knew that the Bills could be making History. It's still on the books. 2. Buffalo 30 - Kansas City 13. I was at Michigan State at the time and took a lot of grief the week before this game. After the game, every time someone gave me crap, I put up 4 fingers as if I had been flipping 4 birds at people. I was flat out defiant. When someone asked me if I would be embarrassed if the Bills lost, I replied, "0 for 3, 0 for 4. Exactly how much worse could it possibly be?" It was liberating. And again, it was History. 3. Buffalo 51 - L.A. Raiders 3. Obvious, right? 4. Buffalo 18 - San Francisco 13. "...[F]irst division title since '66." My friends' parents were in tears after that game. 5. Day after SB XXV I drove back to MSU after being in Buffalo for the game. There were 4 other Math Department grad students who were camped out in my driveway just to shake my hand because of the reception Scott Norwood got at the rally. People congratulated me for being a Bills fan all week. 6. Buffalo 22 - Miami 16 and Cincinnati 31 - Baltimore 27. Now I know why 1980 was so special for our parents. And the rest of Bills Mafia afterward showed me why I was justified to quit playing bridge after people denigrated me for being a Bills fan at the Columbus, OH Bridge Club. Being a Buffalonian is more important than getting world championship bridge training from the trainer of Meckwell.

I hope that Josh has a winning record against NFC teams in the playoffs.

About 20 years ago today Josh's father taught his boy to play. No one else can play his style, So he's guaranteed to make Bills fans smile. So let me introduce to you the QB above all his peers: Joshua Allen's team and all its fans. -
Happy birthday, @SDS! Thank you for TBD and SS.

What is stunning is we played that sloppily and still blew the Rams out at their home opener. Imagine if we were not sloppy.

Home made nachos for the family: chips, refried beans, cheese, jalapeños, salsa, and sour cream. -
Most talented player in Bills franchise history?
Marvin replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let me quote OJ from the 35th Anniversary video: "Early in the game, you would bowl him...that would make it easier to juke him later on..." He ran inside a lot more than we remember. -
Did the infamous Wind Game effect the new stadium design?
Marvin replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall
With a QB like Allen, you have to figure his performance informed some of the decisions on stadium design. Cutting down on the wind has got to help the team while he is here. -

Those who denigrate OJ's running are incorrect. He ran with power and he ran with speed. And the hits he took would eventually end his career. I can't recall him blocking -- then again, very few teams passed the ball even close to half the time. I get that people want to minimise his contributions to the team in a very mediocre era in Bills history because of his alleged crimes. But he was one of the best football athletes I have ever seen. -
Most talented player in Bills franchise history?

I don't feel qualified to answer because I did not see Butch Byrd, Marlin Briscoe, and Cookie Gilchrist. The OP named some of the players I would have picked. -
Thank you.

PFT: Can the Bills thrive under the weight of high expectations?
Marvin replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
This article acts as if luck doesn't matter. I think the Bills' 1995 team was better than the 4 previous, but Andre Reed got hurt early, Marv went to the hospital, and then Bruce Smith caught the flu just before the Pittsburgh game. On paper, if healthy, I think the Bills are the best team in the NFL. But the AFC is stacked, so any little problem will be magnified and we might have to go on the road again in the playoffs. -

He better not break our hearts. -
I voted 12-5 because the schedule looks tough. And I imagine that could be #1 in the AFC because of all the quality QBs.

Why not Martin Short, Martin Scorsese, Martin Sheen,...? -
A perspective on recent drafts by the Vikings and Raiders
Marvin replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is why I think people take the media's draft "gurus" way too seriously. They do their best, but most are not professionals for a reason. -

For this team, I should think that the biggest deal will be holding during place kicking... -
Nice breakdown of the personnel and frequency.
