  1. I think there's a more than zero chance we are running the offense that our quarterback wants to run
  2. Get Diggs the ball and don't get into a huddle again this half
  3. Maybe Gabe will play this possession
  4. Somebody has to make a big play defensively. Burrow picks apart even good performances. You have to be great
  5. Milano on one leg could do what Dodson has done tonight
  6. Somebody has to get home here
  7. Defense needs to be 100x more aggressive
  8. That was one of the easiest drives I've ever seen in football. 10 days to get ready for that. How lost is Rasul Douglas if he couldn't get enough up to speed to do that
  9. Jackson is going to get burned by that secondary. Douglas might struggle with certain play calls. It's am easy decision. You traded for Douglas to have a big role. He should have it against one of the best WR rooms in the league in a big game for playoff hopes
  10. Douglas will play. It would be borderline reckless and irresponsible to sit a veteran in this kind of game
  11. This was a huge week for Beane. Again, my plea is to let all of them play and play right away. With 3 early losses and a tough schedule to go, you can't afford to not put your best guys out there. Even if all 3 take 20 or less snaps on Sunday, I think you have to get them out there and let the most talented players (all of whom are good schematic fits) do what can do. Douglas really would be vital against the passing attack of Cincy. You can't just throw anyone out there against that team and take your chances. He's the guy I most want activated. Joseph can help with the aggressive running style of Mixon. Clog up lanes and don't let him get a full head of speed and knock over an undersized linebacker for a gain of 7. Get to him early. Fournette you can probably go without this week but it's not like Murray has been giving much and it's not like there are a bunch of nuances to the Bills running game
  12. Douglas is a good player and a good fit. He upgrades the secondary. He also has a nose for the ball clearly. I'm not saying he needs to play 90% of the snaps this week but I really hope they get him on the field Sunday night. He can be a factor against that pass offense even on a short week of prep with a new team.
  13. He'll have a huge pick in the playoffs
  14. Does the lack of moves at those positions mean the Bills feel confident these two could be back this season?
  15. Get him on the field this week too. None of this "sit til he's ready for our playbook/scheme" bs
  16. Good scheme fit. Not a game changer but he makes us better. No complaints unless we gave up a ton
  17. Chase Young to the 49ers
  18. He's the kind of guy I'm willing to go all-in on. A true difference maker. Go win a Super Bowl
  19. I don't know about you all but I'm going to be so mad if we don't walk out of today without adding a #1 CB, an all-pro DT, a pro bowl LB, a WR to push Davis, and additional draft capital in both 2024 and 2025.
  20. Impactful in-season trades in the NFL are becoming more and more popular but it's still a longshot that anything earth shattering happens in the next 24 hours for more than one or two teams. Most likely a couple of depth moves or some trades to have better personnel fits (Elam). I do think Beane can greatly improve this roster with one or two "boring" moves though.
  21. It's pretty clear that they aren't loving Cook in pass protection and they don't think he's going to hold up in 17+ games in the red zone. They also want someone to take short yardage pressure off Josh. Murray is a good veteran but he looked slowwwww against the Bucs. Fournette probably won't touch the ball more than 4-5 times a game once he is elevated from the PS but if he can be in there on 3rd down and help protect Josh and catch a pass or two, he would be a nice addition. Not really a difference maker but I don't think that was the goal here.
  22. Don't really see any downside. Don't really know if I see any upside either but I'm guessing trade discussions for a RB are too pricy.
  23. I am only trading for a CB if they're a perfect scheme fit and are available for nothing more than a late round pick swap. I know that means you aren't getting a great player but I'll take the depth if they fit the scheme. Otherwise I'm all over the DT and LB market and I think AJ Dillon would be a very interesting addition to the backfield. I am also looking at RB's who excel in pass protection.
  24. That's just more Burrow's style than Allen's. That's also more the Bills defense style than the Bengals.
