    I'll repeat what I said after they drafted McKelvin: If he (or anyone else) knocks Greer out of the starting lineup, they'll have to earn it. Greer won't give that spot up without a heck of a fight. And if that does come to pass, it can only mean good things for the Buffalo defense.

    That is ... interesting, isn't it? And I've been one of McNally's steadfast defenders. As you say, we'll see what it looks like in the regular season, and (hopefully) with 71 back in the lineup at some point.

    The very first TBD home-opener tailgate was a Sunday night game on Labor Day weekend. That was the absolute perfect schedule for us -- eat-drink-and-be-merry all day long before heading into the stadium, and most of us had Monday off. Perfect.
