  1. Any suspension would take effect during the regular season, so yes, Lynch would still be with the team during camp/preseason games.
  2. You guys did notice the at the end of that post, right? You can edit that title, bob ... just click the "edit" box on your original post. Then nobody else will make fun of it.
  3. Thanks for the linkage. "Now we know ..."? I think we knew as soon as news of the arrest hit the wire.
  4. Got a link for that, or was it on Sportscenter? Thanks. And Clayton's opinion seems to be the general consensus.
  5. Since I know some of you enjoy participating...
  6. The union won't "let" him? Really? Lynch can appeal, and the NFLPA can be involved in the hearing. But who RUNS the hearing and decides whether the appeal has any merit? The commissioner.
  7. Preeeee-cisely. I've also seen pictures of a bacon cheeseburger with grilled cheese sandwiches in place of the bun. That actually looks like it might be worth trying ... and my cardiologist could use the work ...
  8. Guy I know actually made one of those for a Super Bowl party. Said he drained 1/4 cup of grease out of the baking pan. When he unveiled it at the party, most people tried one small slice, but one guy had four ... and spent the entire second half of the game in the bathroom.
  9. quik, you (and others) may want to head over to the blog to check out Tim's T.O. Index for the four AFC East teams ...
  10. The point is, you already have your T.O. thread. This doesn't need to become one as well.
  11. More proof that the Pro Bowl is a popularity contest, in my opinion. Personally, I'd like to see what the current secondary can do with an NFL-quality pass rush in front of them. That hasn't happened lately.
  12. That's part of it. A very small part. Let's just say that SDS has more than enough valid reasons to keep that site on lockdown here, and leave it at that.
  13. [This is an automated response] This subject matter is being currently being discussed or has already been discussed in a previous thread. Please consider using the "search" function before starting new topics. Thank you.
  14. Uh, didn't we already know that Chambers was coming back? Like, last week? It's nice to know someone from ESPN ...
  15. Alpha, as I catch up on this thread, I was just about to post the same thing. Thanks. Non-football questions to Tim are OK, as are follow-ups and comments on his answers. I like the bar analogy he used; let's make this a conversation, not an interrogation, and have some fun doing it. That said, the off-topic chatter between other posters can move elsewhere. We'll start deleting that stuff if it begins to overrun the thread, but I'd rather not have to do that. I've also been thinking that we might need a new thread every week or two just to keep the length at a reasonable level. (No "new update on Page 2743!", in other words.) But we'll see how that goes.
  16. You're comparing 800-word columns to a longform narrative, D+C?
  17. As most of you already know, ESPN.com writer/blogger Tim Graham joined the Stadium Wall last summer. Since then, he's been a valued source of information on the Bills as well as the rest of the AFC East, and we're thrilled to have him as part of this board. We realize that TSW members would like to hear his news and views on a variety of topics, so in lieu of people flooding the board with threads asking him specific questions, Tim has graciously agreed to set up shop here. We'll try this format for a while, and see how well it works. Ground rules: Please keep your comments clean. Tim is an honored guest, and we will be moderating this thread to make sure it doesn't get too rowdy in here. (Unless he's the one getting rowdy. It's his thread, after all. ) More than one question per post is fine, although I would ask you to remember that he does already have a full-time job. He promises to check in when he can, but the paying gig naturally takes precedence. And if we start to get a lot of discussion on a particular topic, we might spin it off into its own thread to keep this one from gaining 20 pages a day. Like I said, we'll see how it goes. And thanks, Tim.
