TCMA, that is such BS. Edit: for clarification, brother, you are not BS, the ratings are. 😂 they had roster updates after week 1 and Allen should have gotten a point after that week, too. Weirdly, I could maybe live with a 79, f they were consistent with his progress, which they are not. Proof positive to that point being Cam’s increase you mentioned above. Rc2, I’ve notice that for the last two years.

You know, because they are absolutely brutal at this! This puts Allen at about 20 or 21 in the league. FYI, Mahomes is a 99. Kap is an 81. WEEK 3 UPDATE TJ Watt, 1 point up in three straight weeks, 89 Calvin Ridley, 3 straight 100 yard games and EA says “One of the next great WRs”, 3 points in three weeks to an 86. Josh Allen, AFC player of the month...no change, 79. Cole Beasley, 1 point up to an 84. Tre White, 1 point drop to a 90 (later on in the video). The comments section below in the YouTube video is starting to get feisty with Allen. Week 4 Update: Provided by a number of you. Thank you: https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-21/player-ratings Other Bills on the move up, too.

I know, right? since when is losing to a playoff team by 3 embarrassing?! what circumstances in that game prompted “oh my goodness, no, how did they lose that that game to the Bills?” a good team had a lot of yards against them. Not shocking or surprising...Jeepers. -

Repeatedly comments about them getting “embarrassed” against the Bills is...a little much. -

Thank you, Miami, as they pick up the AFC East’s first out of division win after losses by the Jets and Patriots. 😎 -
and no offense to those who might have differing faiths, but yeah, Steve...I absolutely believe these two are in the same back field together, right now. It's one of the first things I thought when I heard the news.

I hear ya, Hap, but I so hope that this is the game that the Bills finally drop 35-42 points on somebody, and it is not impossible against a good defense. I know, I know, master of the obvious here and we all feel that way, but I certainly would sacrifice some ball control for some extra points. Don't leave points on the field, guys. get'em all...all that you can.

Side note: Boy, if 2020 has shown us anything it is that New York City...really doesn't have a clue on much of anything (8/21). https://nypost.com/2020/08/21/josh-allen-feels-destined-to-be-a-fantasy-football-bust-in-2020/ "Though, we also still aren’t thrilled with his receiving corps, despite adding Stefon Diggs this season. And we worry Allen is primed for a decline in rushing TDs. He had eight and nine in consecutive years. Even the best rushing QBs have trouble stringing together eight-TD seasons. Cam Newton, the best comparison for Allen, has done it just once – his first two years (14 and eight). He has topped eight rushing TDs just once since. Dak Prescott had six in three straight seasons before declining to three last year." "...So without confidence Allen can post huge fantasy numbers with his arm, and with history telling us continued production on the ground at his current pace is a rarity, we do not want to spend a sixth- or seventh-round pick on Allen. Especially when other options like Matt Ryan, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Tom Brady are still on the board."
-
Of the four QBs taken in the first round in the 2004 draft the top three have thrown for a total of 175,956 yards for a 58,652 yard average for their careers. The 4th QB, JP Losman, threw for 6,271 yards in his career and was traded up for by an NFL team, which if that team hadn’t done that they could have gotten Aaron Rodgers in their spot in 2005. Long story short, thank you so far, Josh Allen, and I love you Brandon Beane...sweet goodness you can’t imagine how much.

Who gets promoted when Daboll becomes a HC?
dollars 2 donuts replied to Bangarang's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would throw left, right and center. Toss in an occasional Singletary and Allen run. Done. Now...where’s the Kraft services table? I’m hungry. -
I believe this is correct, because my memory goes all the way back to this, and I don’t think Kelly ever led in yards: Josh Allen becomes the first Bills QB to lead the NFL in passing (yards - 729, 6 yards ahead of Matt Ryan) since Joe Ferguson in 1979. I remember Fergy leading the league for awhile, and then the AFC, before folding a bit.

All 3 starting WRs on pace for 1000+ yards...
dollars 2 donuts replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
35 receptions for 519 yards is just plain stupid (Diggs - 16, Brown - 10, Beasley - 9). In 2018 our top 3 WRs caught 106 balls For the entire seasons (Zay - 56, Foster 27, Benjamin 23). -
SNF: Patriots at Seahawks

I do truly hate the Patriots. -
Tom Brady, 23-35, 217 yards, 1 TD and 1 Int. He has interceptions in four straight games. Josh Allen completed 24 passes on the same 35 attempts...but apparently that one pass went for 200 yards. Since kickoff against the titans last year Allen has 23 tds and 3 interceptions. Allen has the same number of interceptions since week five of last year That Brady has since last Sunday.

Dear EA Tiburon, makers of Madden, Josh Allen with an overall rating of 77 might be just a little bit better than Colin Kapernick (81), someone who hasn’t played a game in a few years. Allen is also likely better than a number of other current QBs you’ve rated higher than him based up football ether or vapor ware. Please make the proper adjustments to your game. Sincerely, Reasonableness and Sanity

Week 2 Bills @ Dolphins PreGame Thread
dollars 2 donuts replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One thing I will say, and I am an Allen backer and I think his play has progressed nicely since the start of the titans game last year, but I would like to see him throw receivers open a bit more than he has been as opposed to almost exclusively throwing to open receivers. It’s a little bit of an M.O. of the really good QBs. Most of you know what I am talking about. For example, if you freeze the video right when he throws and you don’t see anyone, or the primary receiving, even open when he throws, but becomes open when the ball gets there. -
