  1. Rams are good, but tonight the Rams are looking for their first win of the season against a team that is not in the NFC East. Their wins have been against the Eagles, Cowboys, Washington and Giants.
  2. If the Bills can beat the Patriots and hit midseason at 6-2 I just don't think it is outside the realm of possibility that they roll into week 17 against Miami at 9-6 or 8-7. Knowing the way this team plays, are we better than Arizona? Seattle? San Fran? Pittsburgh? and just those games would put us at 9-6. Are they are not going to stumble at all against the Chargers? Broncos? New England? Hell, at NE might be the easiest game in the second half. IF THE DOLPHINS DIDN'T MAKE A MISTAKE IN SWITCHING TO TUA TOO EARLY AND SEEING AS HOW THEY HAVE ALREADY PLAYED SF AND SEATTLE THEN THE FINALE COULD BE A RUDE AWAKENING...meaning there is a small chance the division could be on the line on the final Sunday. Dolphins Schedule (Speculation): Rams - W Cardinals - L Chargers - L Broncos - W Jets - W Bengals - W Chiefs - L Pats - W Raiders - ? Bills If that Raiders game is a win they are 9-6. I hope I am wrong and I would love to have this wrapped up by Thanksgiving, but man...
  3. Of course, BR. They are not a good team...not worthy of his attention and best effort. They are beneath him and they should be glad he is even stepping on the field for them. I'm not sure, but it could be his M.O.
  4. I wish him so very well, but if he hasn’t been already disappointing this year here he will miss a game for what now, a third different reason? I can’t even keep track. If I am wrong, I’m sorry, but it just seems that way.
  5. I want to throw up. Really I do. i was just talking about how he is being wasted in Minny. ...I guess not anymore. You gotta be F'n kidding me? My mind has changed so much about our team in the last couple of weeks. and no, it is simply not just about losing 2. It is partially fueled a bit be being patently unable to hang with teams.
  6. Absolutely all the time. You have to get your house in order over there, JJ, and straighten out whatever is going on with your wife. 😉
  7. This is all sprinkled with pickle vomit and I don't think it bodes well for the product we are going to see. I am not disputing it, mind you, I just think there is the air of desperation...I don't think McD an Leslie know how to fix what's been happening since the start of the season.
  8. Sweet goodness almighty I am worried they are going to drop 50 on us. The past few weeks everyone tried to excuse away how bad this defense has become ("everybody's defense is bad this"), but there is no hiding or masking in a game like this afternoon. I hope I am so very wrong and our guys decide to show up and play above themselves. GO BILLS!
  9. Freddie, lord help me I do love it! I have loved Brick for so long, though.
  10. By the end of today with 10 games left the phins are going to be 2 wins away from the supposed “ceiling” some of you jokers thought they would be at in 2020. I had them finishing second. Granted that was before Cam, but still. They may not finish in second but I think they can and they have a solid shot of at least 8-8.
  11. Man, though, Trout, we are a bit banged up...Tre, Cody, Milano, Moss, Edmunds, Smoke, Roberts.
  12. I know. I am actually a little embarrassed, MJS, but I can't help it.
  13. I'm not feeling good about this game, I'm really not. Please somebody help? Please talk me off the ledge? Thank you in advance.
  14. Jeepers, Stuv, foregive me but Chargers D realizes Brees can’t do a simple out across half the field. It stinks to see this.
  15. Boy oh boy, Brees’ arm...just not even like last year.
  16. I love him and I love your idea, but I just don't think it is going to happen. He has made ( and will continue to make in the foreseeable future) more than $70,000,000 playing football. I am sure he is quite comfortable and although I believe he will work I don't think he really needs a "job" or next career, per say. He might do some commentary and may be back for events, but I just think if he does anything he is going to do it out West or down South, on his terms because he can afford it. EDIT: Yeah, $71,541,098 in his career, $8 million this year and he is guaranteed to get that somewhere next year, as well.
  17. Freddie, am I wrong...or does the movie actually get funnier the more times you watch it? Even the small little scenes, even the cheap throw away comments between them? I laugh so hard when they are fighting before he hits him with the wood. I laugh hard when he references all they got is diesel, he cleans the paint and then we know what is coming next in the car door scene. I lose it during the board room scene with the husband and wife...it's just...man...it's a movie a get a lot out of.
  18. Darn it, you are right. Good catch and thank you, brother. However, I did say paraphrase and it doesn't have to just apply to the bad word! I do so love that movie...which is a quarter of a century old now...damn, again.
  19. Freddie, thank you..indeed. Believe me, I remembered the word.
  20. You know what...If Buffalo plays only the first Tuesday game in forever at 7 pm and then a Monday "afternoon" game at 5 pm and then some jack*** in the media afterwards says, "look, the Bills can't draw a "big" audience.", I am going to go to their house and start tapping them repeatedly on the head with a ball peen hammer because they are a moron, if I may paraphrase "Tommy Boy".
  21. OK, OK, OK, but keeping in mind Josh holds the current record through 4 games (12). Kelly had 11 through four and then threw 3 against Chicago on September 29, 1991. ...my goodness...we are talking about team TD records between Jim Kelly and Josh Allen...I love this so damn much.
  22. respectfully, Hap, it has nothing to do with the dates of these games for me right now. The s*** show of how the titans organization has been going about this and the NFL’s efforts to accommodate them (and it is to accommodate the sinner) is. as far as dates do go I am one of the people who was pressing hard that the chiefs and bills game should be played on Monday.
  23. I am cautiously optimistic about them burning in a seventh or so level of football hell for what they’ve done to us and the league, but mostly us.
  24. if I had a son I would have loved to have named him Giuseppe. Love the name. Always have.
