    To be clear again, everyone, we’ve beaten the chiefs before.  Repeatedly in their own barn.  We were one injury riddled game away from taking the lead this decade.

     

    We have yet to beat the Bengals.

     

    I’m fine with the Bengals losing.  Yes, they normally start slow.  However, here’s hoping the trend of losses continues.

    Thank you, 50.  I’m actually hoping the Chiefs win, too.  I’m  done with hearing about the Bengals. At least the Chiefs are champions.  The Bengals get rivers of praise and all they’ve been is in decline since their Super Bowl appearance, which everyone ignores.

    Weirdly and twistedly, Royale, that is why I want the phins to make the playoffs.  I would like the Bills to get three wins against them this year and 2 next year to take the lead.

     

    On the morning of October 18th, 1970...54 years ago, was the very last time the Bills lead Miami in the all time series. 4-3-1 before kickoff that day.

    Also specifically looking at the Dolphins...fourth best team in football.  Crazy to think that those jug heads, even before the season, "honestly" had them as the 4th best team in football.

    As you’ve spent your entire life, your 52 or so years, with the Bills having a winning record against the Dolphins at 55-54.

     

    This includes starting your life with the Bills 0-15 against the phish. So by the time you knew math tables the Bills would go 55-39 against the Dolphins.

     

    This includes the Bills being 4-1 against Miami in the playoffs.  More playoff wins than against any other team.

     

    You’ve been around to see the Bills beat the Dolphins the second most out of any other team in the NFL, only trailing the victories against the Jets over that time (57).

     

    Finally, if your Bills win the division this year, they will pass Miami for East Division titles with 14. (Dma corrected me, we already passed them…so no anticipatory congrats here! Enjoy!)

    Those of us older have a little more to go, but given the boys in blue are 59-62-1 all time vs the dreaded fish we don’t have long to go for all of us to be part of that crowd.

    Please don’t worry.  I promise you the story tomorrow will not be that the Bills, underdog and predicted to lose by 3 out of every 4 talking heads out there, won the game.


    It will be everything but.

     

    Honest prayers for Tua, though. I like the kid and regardless of anything this is a big concern again with him.

    However, that's for later.  For now let's just hope Josh can pick apart this defense as he normally  does, sprinkle in some effective running with Rey-Rey & The Cook, and make sure our D keeps the Dolphins' speedy WRs in check.

    Many of you don't know this about me, but I'm a Bills fan.  A long time Bills fan going way, way back.

     

    I will most certainly be rooting for the boys in red, white and blue tonight and I would just ask the rest of you to please do the same if you're so inclined, and if we are of like mind.

     

    Please note I am no affiliated with, nor am I an employee of the Buffalo Bills, their organization or any other of their related entities.  I'm just a fan, as I stated above.

    I just got a text from @NoHuddleKelly12 saying, "Dude, not on game day.  What's wrong with you?  Stay focused.  We talked about this before.  Man...BTW, when are you wiring me that $10,000?!"*
