  1. Btw, please don’t take my rant above as any sort of acumen whatsoever as I am still pretty much a moron. It was just the way I felt and I truly couldn’t see what others were watching. I really like Edmunds, but when he’s not on the field we are not as good, but not as bad off, as we are without Milano. And to be clear Star makes a difference for both of them. If they can sign him for similar Milano money, great and if they think it works cap wise because it definitely works on the field. However, If he goes much above that, which he may, I am worried about him sticking around. edit: additionally, though, anyone here completely happy with keeping Butler?
  2. I made many a post frustrated with the throwaway nature many fans here had for him. Part of the reason (to some) that he is a “surprise” is obviously because he didn’t play last year. There seems to be some difficultly for some in correlating the mediocre nature of our run defense for a good chunk of last year with…oh yeah, that guy not being here that made our defense better that many around here wanted to get rid of. That and the 3/4s of TSW that thought Milano wasn’t worth keeping for the money (I was so on board with the 8 figures per year for him long before they re-signed him), or the “always hurt” or the utterly ridiculous nature of the “he’s just not that good” were simply consternating given the optics of how good he was and how much better we were with him on the field. Makes me, unfortunately, think that a good number of TSW members are the remnants of the Sabres’ “let’s run Donald Audette and Ray Shepherd out of town!” crew.
  3. I don't need to throttle a team I really don't have any strong feelings against. However, I believe anything in the 35-38 PF range, and no more than 17 PA would be...nice.
  4. Promo, the loss of the starting tackles will be felt in games to come, but I may be still foolishly holding out hope for a bowl bid. Is 5-3 in the MAC way too optimistic?
  5. Because if nothing else he is 3-0 and the Jets are a bad 0-2.
  6. Regardless of anything else and master of the obvious here, but to be clear. ...it was the Jets.
  7. He had a great career, got paid and got a ring. He wraps up on the plus side. Good luck in the future, Shady.
  8. Buf, I thought they tore out the entire guts of the stadium, rebuilt and just left the exterior facade, “shell” so to speak intact.
  9. Jeepers, the more I think about it the more I realize I've done some weird s*** in my day. I regret nothing.
  10. I've used spooning therapy to relieve pain or stress sometimes. It a...works pretty well.
  11. The Dolphins suck a**. Oh they s*** the bed badly. I am on cloud 9. (This time, I may have gotten it right)
  12. BTW, Sunday, September 19, 2021, 6:13 p.m. ….and I still don’t miss the Jills.
  13. I gave you a thumbs up, Bob, but to be clear with you I still disagree with you based upon the point I made. There isn’t an answer currently on this team. Respectfully, “better technique, better preparation, and hard work” is easy sauce to doll out and against weaker D’s it will likely prove to be true. However, I believe I have mentioned here, and most certainly with those that I talk to regularly, that I truly believed that at best this oline was “ok to good, but not great.” I honestly don’t believe BT, BP, and HW are going to toe the line for getting us to where we hoped we would be and change around this line. However, we will pile up wins. I just hope it is enough given some of our short comings. Peace, my friend, and go Bills. Peace my friend.
  14. Can’t help but think of Sean Connery in The Rock. Nick Cage: “I’ll do my best.” Connery: “You’ll do your best? Losers whine about ‘doing their best.’ Winners go home and f*** the prom queen.”
  15. To my dying day, BB, I will defend Josh on that play. He was running to save his life and the pocket WAS collapsing. Clay stubbornly refused to come back to the ball properly. BTW, even if he comes back to the 10 there was still going to be time to stop the clock and run another play.
  16. BB, the point well taken is that our ownership of this team…is darn near ridiculous. just read a stat…not only six straight wins but we’ve scored 30 points in every one of those games!
  17. CB, I can’t stop checking every five minutes! 😂
  18. that’s where the I know, I know, but still comes from. and I, as then, will still question the decision. Not that you are the one saying this, Bob, but I am also tired of hearing the, “You had to give up something with Cleveland and part of that went into getting Diggs.” Yeah, not buying that. You could have traded something or someone else…always. To answer the question, we have no cure for what ails this oline.
  19. 56 - 26 35 - 0 Math is fun. im sorry, brother, I couldn’t help being a d***. However, was hoping for one more score, a turnover, to bring it to 98-26.
  20. right, CB? fine if there are a ton of other errors, but…there aren’t and this was a double take score. ”oh, my bad. I thought that game was closer in the end.”
  21. Wyatt Teller. I know, I know, but still.
  22. https://www.nfl.com/standings/ ummm…fix this nfl.com. otherwise headlines should probably read tomorrow: Dolphins tie Bills, 0-35. Additionally, 3 teams tied at 1-1, but we are in first by way of tie breakers as we are the only unbeaten in the division.
  23. We’ve outscored Miami 91-26 the last two games.
  24. Since the end of the 20 game 70s losing streak the Bills are 49-38 against the Dolphins. All time series is phins, but only 61-53-1. Against the Jets and the phins we are now 118-117-1
